I was kind of thinking the body tends to stay with what its used to so it would seem that a longer cycle would allow the body to adjust to the extra mass and feel that it was normal to carry it. just a thought. what do you guys think????

I've done 2 four month cycles now. I change gear after the first 2 months. I don't find I make any more gains on the last 2 months. I just keep what I had from the first 2. Dont' confuse this with physical changes. I do notice physical changes going from Sus and EQ to Prop and Fina but I just can't seem to add more mass. And also by the third month, I am sort of tired of being on. I know that sounds weird, but for me, I just get to a point were I need a break. But I do notice that I keep about 85% of my gains.

id really like to try a year long cycle, cept for the fact that i wanna have kids later in life. Staying on for that long kind of scares me, im sure that the pros and a lot of guys do it, but i just don't wanna screw up any chance for having kids later in the future.
