tips for you ladies on training....

My sister is a figure model and ill let u in on some tips she tells me. she is a fitness chick and has entered figure contests. She weight trains 3 times a week and does an hour of cardio a day. She has her own split. But what i find intriguing is that she mentioned some thing about keeping her neck nice and long. She does not work out her traps. So listen up ladies, no shrugs or any other movements that work the traps. Though you ladies might think of this next time u work out shoulders. Its nice to see a toned lady but not one with out a neck, ya know.......leave that up to us guys ;)
 
I really appreciate the advice, but please realize that not all ladies are into the "figure" thing. There actually some of us out there that like to train hard!!
 
ya, i know what you are saying. This was jus to help some of the ladies that are geared up for the fitness look and not the body builder look. :)
 
WELL IN ALL ACTUALLITY THIS CAN'T REALLY APPLY TO "FIGURE" WOMEN....IT'S ALL ABOUT THE FEMALES SHAPE AND GENETICS.....

YOU WORK YOUR ANTERIOR DELTS WHEN DO ANY CHEST WORKOUTS AND YOU ALSO WORK POSTERIOR DELTS WHEN DOING ANY KIND OF BACK WORK......SO IF YOU THINK THAT SHOULDERS AND TRAPS AREN'T GOING TO BE AFFECTED BY THAT, THEN IT'S COMPLETELY WRONG.....NOT TRAINING SHOULDERS, AS WELL, WILL CREATE A WEEK SPOT IN THE WOMAN'S PHYSIQUE....IF A WOMAN HAS THE GENETICS TO NATURALLY PUT A LITTLE MORE SIZE ON HER SHOULDERS AND TRAPS REGUARDLESS OF WHAT KIND OF SHOULDER WORK SHE DOES, THERE ISN'T MUCH SHE CAN DO ABOUT IT......

ya, i hear u all.... I was jus trying to point out, even with me. I try not to over work traps even as a man i dont like big ole traps. I mean mine are already big enough. u get my point
 
Thanks for the tips fitnessbuff....I'm mainly into just fitness...I work out 4-5 days/week, I admire women that are more into working hard..But I'm already small as it is at only 5'3", 115 lbs...but I appreciate the tip on that...:)
