Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of 104 chemical compounds known as cannabinoids found in marijuana plants. CBD lacks psychoactive properties and won't get you high the way THC does. This is appealing for people who want to experience the benefits from the plant without the side effects. What benefits? It's an emerging field, but people have successfully used CBD for the treatment of pain, anxiety, depression, migraines, inflammation, and much more. From an athlete's perspective, it's excellent for recovery from training as it helps ease muscle soreness and reduce chronic inflammation.
.
Personally, I've been supplementing with CBD for a while to help treat my tendinitis, lower back pain, and headaches. It's been a lifesaver. I can train hard and concentrate on my lifts without worrying about the constant pain I used to have.
.
If you're fortunate enough to live in one of the states or provinces that allow the sale of marijuana extracts, you can check out your local dispensaries or online stores for more information. It's available in many forms, including tinctures, pills, vape pens, roll-ons, candies, and more.

I have been taking CBD (NO THC) oil!!
It peppermint flavor and 8mg per ml in MTC Coconut oil!!!
I take 16mg a day.
Arthritis pain and inflammation has gotten better and I am more relaxed less stress and anxiety...
I found 8mg in morning helps promote wakefulness and 8mg at night helps prepare relaxation for sleep..

I take 16mg to 24mg a day. Wife is taking 16mg and it makes her sleep like a baby... I don't get that affect but she def does.

I am using 400mg L-theanine as well around 2 hours before bed I use both and it helps alot....
