Turkey with Mustard Sauce-makes 4 servings

1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 lbs. turkey cutlets
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
1 box (9 oz) frozen pearl onions in cream sauce
1 tsp spicy brown mustard

In large non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add turkey; cook until brown on both sides. Add mixed veggies, onions in sauce and mustard; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 6-8 minutes or until there is no pink in turkey.
