how many of you would consider yourselves naturally strong--and by this i mean from day 1 you have always been able to lift more then your friends--the only exercise i need to work on was benching everything else i was able to do what most people thought was a lot of weight for a guy my size
 
Me.. Having a labor intensive job helps.. But that's not to say stronger than all my friends.. I have one that was benching well over 400lbs and he was just 17.. But I always beat him at arm wrestling.

He was a funny MF'er.. I miss him.. Very cool guy!
 
did 2 pushup when i was 3hrs old.. my grandmother turned to my mother and siad.. "You deserve that one" :D
 
thats it presser--i call it retard strength--the idea that being all messed up they can lift a HUGE amount of weight or hit you like a mack truck--i have what you call retard/gorilla strength--heavy squats, leg presses--but thats from 20yrs of cycling, incredibly heavy calf raise--heavy curls, and shoulder presses--i behind the neck and m press more than my weight, and my back is incredibly strong--i was doing 1 arm pulls ups at 7 and have been able to ever since
