Hey bros, I'll probably get flamed for this but I need some help. I've been on clen/t3 for a few weeks and I lost fat and water(I think a little muscle too). But besides the catabolism, I feel that my muscles are soft and deflated, but not necessarily due to muscle loss. What can i do to get my muscle pump back? I also want to get off the T3 ASAP but I still have to taper down. Any suggestions?

Be sure to taper down if you are at say 100mcg drop it by 25mcg every 3rd day...I even like dropping to half tabs for a couple days
What is your diet like? You may just need more carbs. For every oz of glycogen in your muscles your body will store 3 to 5 oz of water with it ...hence the carb up to fill out before a show.
***figures here may be off but you get the gist of it*

thanx, i'm just trying not to get paranoid and get post cycle depression. Sometimes I feel like i'm shrinking, but i think its in my head.

Muscledismorphia - seeing yourself smaller than you really are. It is a true and documented condition; the exact opposite of anirexia. I'd say there are quite a few of (us) that have this.
My last show I was 215 @3%bf and thought I was too small; judges thought different though...took first place in the heavy weights overall.

you got it! its especialy tough on me because i'm only 5'4",but 152 6%. So I try to compensate, but never think that I'm big enough! When people say "you are big for your height", that isn't very comforting either. BTW, congrats on the win.

Are you taking clen/t3 post-cycle? Clen is by nature somewhat anti-catabolic, and t3 is neither catabolic nor anabolic, but both speed up metabolism to point that you up your daily requirement for maintenance caloric intake. That means that you'll need to eat more food to curb the cortisol response to hunger. I wouldn't take T3 without being on for that reason. the clen is ok IMO, but definitely don't start any kind of cutting type diet post-cycle. I'd wait at least 6 weeks before you do that.

Thanx for the info, I am post cycle but still on hGH. I figured the sensitivity would be lowered.
