back shot, sorry but lighting sucked, hard to take pics with a webcam in my brother's messy ass bedroom lol
I will be starting a bulking cycle in 3 weeks. Can't Wait!!!

:lol: well I don't live there anymore anyways. Thanx for the compliments bros, oh and ladies You look good in your pics too Rhianna. Yea my BF is down there, not sure what it is, maybe 6%? I'm 24 y/o, 5'10", 175 lbs. Could be more if I did legs more often. When I first started lifting 3 years ago I was a wimpy god help me 148. But I now reached my plateau, ready to move into the dark side.

Update on cycle - up 7 lbs for the first 2 weeks to 182, so far so good.
