Mid back all stuck and stiff? Here is 1 awesome way to unlock it and get your thoracic spine moving right! Most people have a lot of restrictions in the mid back because we sit all day and are stagnant. Stiffness here can put extra stress on your low back, shoulders, and neck so this is a crucial area to address! By providing this area with the proper mobility it needs, your back will feel better throughout the day even if you have to return to sitting for your job. The key is to obliterate restrictions and get moving as frequently as possible! Here is an amazing exercise to do that and will get you 1 step closer to fixing your low back!

1️⃣ Bar Rotation: throw a bar behind your back and hold it with the elbows. Hinge over so you are close to parallel with the floor and now rotate as far as you can each way. You can even pull with the bottom arm to increase the rotation. Go as far as you can comfortably each way about 5 times and notice the difference!
