Photo by Chris Unger/DWCS LLC/Zuffa LLC “The Monkey King” did not disappoint in his Dana White Contender Series debut.
In the opening bout of the promotion’s fourth season, Jordan Leavitt dominated Jose Flores on the canvas before securing an arm-triangle choke at the 4:15 mark of the opening frame.
But it was Leavitt’s post-fight celebration that really raised eyebrows. The Syndicate MMA product got all the way down for his victory dance.

Afterward, Leavitt explained that this splits are his thing in the cage.
“I just do the splits,” he said. “My first amateur fight, I did the splits as a joke and it became my thing. I guess I’m doing the splits until I’m 40 and done with this.”
Less than one month ago, Leavitt was dancing after submitting Leivon Lewis via second-round anaconda choke at LFA 85.
Now, Leavitt is 6-0 as a professional. Although he plans to become a lawyer in the future, his fight career is off to a good start.
