man I cant even get my ass into the gym anymore. When i was on I would just live for it. Even though my body is not where I need it to be I cannot make myself drive there. One of the problems is that the stupid gym is 30 miles one way from my house. I want to work out (a little) but I do not want to drive all that way!

yeah I have some weights at home, so far i can do shoulders, bis/tris and chest at home. I don't have what i need for a lot of things though, mostly back and legs. And today is back day

I also like to do push ups, sit ups, dips, and pull ups when I can't make it to the gym.

find a workout partner - that way u have a commitment to make it there or risk getting your ass kicked by him.

I don't know what stage you are at in your off cycle but I know what you are going through. I just finshed my blues period from coming off a 3 month cycle. I managed to get through it though and have only lost 3lbs and NO strength. Get a training partner. Start using some creatine and glutamine and you will see some results which should help you to get your ass in the gym.

I have spent about a grand so far on my home gym. I figure about 2 more and I will be able to do all my workouts at home.
