What can I say but the guy is a real down to earth guy and he's has an alrite build too. He said he's going to shut Shamrock up for good!

I dunno, I've never met Tito, but Ken trains at my gym here in San Diego, and he's pretty worked up about this fight. There is some bad blood between those two!!! I'd like to see Ken win, he's a ral nice guy, and a veteran to the sport. Tito is a bad ass tho, and he has been fighting more often then Ken. It'll be a great fight either way. Did you know that Ken is 40 now?

I have trained with Tito in the past. He is a freak, if his knee is healed 100% (ACL) then Ken is in for a long night. Ken is old school and has less in his arsenal than Tito. Tito has a much better camp to train with and trains with intense desire.

p.s. Only 2 light heavy's I think that could beat Tito are Vanderlei Silva and Chuck Lidell.

Tito is favored but not sure of the odds, the UFC sight usually has a link for online betting and they lay out the odds. Check out WWW.UFC.TV. Or go to the underground, you can get any and all fight info there. The underground is the musclemedia for Fighting, tons of info.

Just got done training (BJJ). Trained today with a Purple belt Pan American Champ and a Olympic Judo (black belt) Altenate. It was awesome bro, just the 3 of us doing round robins for 90 minutes. I got thrown hard by the judo player, saw stars and the whole bit, If it was concrete I would have been dead. I got to learn some High velocity Judo throws, that is a major equalizer. I am going to heal now, later.
