Default Anyone here have good info on training a competitor for bikini?

I have a client that is apparantly serious about competing next yr in bikini and she asked me for help, which is good except I'm more versed in BB than bikini. I would imagine info about the same but have some differences......an anyone link me up w some sort of guide for competing bikini?? thanks

The judging has been different this year and it seems a more soft look is what they are placing higher. Good muscle tone but not ripped to the bone.

I'm training an unbelievable girl for bikini right now. It's kind of tricky if you read the judging standard it doesn't look a lot like who ends up winning. I'll tell you what you need to shoot for in bikini.
Shoulder are very important, the judges wand capped, rounded shoulder. Mostly to create Tha X look in the entire physique. Arms you can not even train the judges could care less same with back and chest because every girl has implants anyway. The most important thing is kegs, hamstrings and especially gkutrs. Legs need to be trained twice a week focusing on a bunch of different exercises that hit the quad, ham, glutr from every possible angle. If you read the judging criteria it says no protruding abs, no vjens basically just a beach flat stomach. That is not who I see winning. Usually the top girls abs are quite developed and defined, much less than figure but much more than described. Waist needs to be small as possible with sweep to outer quad. The round shoulders, small waist, good abs, good sweep to quad and just an awesome strippers ass and you are good to go in this class.
Drug wise depends on her metabolism, anyone you train everything depends on how they personally react. She has a fast mrtabjsm. 12.5 t3, 50 t 4, 10 MG noveldex day, 2.5-5mg anavar. That's it. Csrdjk as needed.
