[h=2]How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?[/h]One year.
Picture 1: 135 lbs 13% body fat
Picture 2: 163 lbs 10% body fat
[h=2]What has happened so far on the program?[/h]I started underweight at 135 pounds so I began with a 5-month bulk, followed by a one month cutting period getting down to roughly 7% body fat. I followed that with another bulk lasting six months, and another cut at the end, getting down to 9% body fat.
One year later, I weighed 163 pounds at 9% body fat, gaining roughly 30 pounds. My strength progressed drastically in my key lifts, which I tracked through the stacked app.
My bench press went from 115 lbs to 245 lbs. Squat started at 135 lbs to 315 lbs. Deadlift went from 225 lbs to 435 lbs. My military press went from 85 lbs to 160 lbs. All one rep maxes.

[h=2]What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?[/h]This was my first program, and I did not hesitate to start it.
[h=2]What do you like most about the program?[/h]I liked the fact that you can change the routine to fit nearly any schedule. Also the fact that I progressed faster than expected.
