CARNIVOR™ COFFEE
High-Protein Energizing Instant Coffee
World’s #1 Selling Beef Protein Brand

Drink CARNIVOR COFFEE™ in the morning, afternoon or before your workouts to feed your body high-quality protein and get a nice boost of energy from the natural caffeine.

If you’re a bodybuilder or anyone who is serious about putting on lean muscle, there are two things you can’t live without: protein and coffee. Protein is vital to build muscle; that’s something that bodybuilders would learn in kindergarten if there were a special school for jacked 6 year olds or meatheads of the future. Coffee is the choice of many as a pre-workout, as coffee contains essential minerals and antioxidants that promote metabolic health, and is high in caffeine, which boosts energy levels. Wouldn’t it be great if someone combined the two? Say no more; that day has arrived with CARNIVOR COFFEE™.

CARNIVOR COFFEE™ is the new instant coffee from MuscleMeds that harnesses the power of beef as a powerful nutrient that can be used to spur muscle growth and anabolism in athletes, in the convenience of a delicious cup of instant coffee that can be enjoyed hot or cold. CARNIVOR COFFEE™ is game-changer for building muscle, and it utilizes the world’s first and best-selling pure beef protein isolate to optimize the results of your training and build muscle while you drink coffee.

High-Protein Energizing Instant Coffee

With CARNIVOR COFFEE™, you can enjoy the muscle-building power of the World’s #1 Selling Beef Protein Isolate as a delicious hot cup of coffee in the morning to start your day or as a refreshing iced coffee shake to energize your workout. CARNIVOR COFFEE™ is made with clinically tested USDA-inspected beef protein and real premium roasted coffee for a robust flavor and boost of energy. Each serving provides 23 grams of protein, 0 fat, 0 sugar, 0 lactose, 0 gluten and 160 milligrams of all-natural caffeine.

Power Your Body and Mind
High-Quality Beef Protein Isolate

Protein is an important nutrient for muscle building and recovery. CARNIVOR COFFEE™ contains 23 grams of Beef Protein Isolate per serving. Beef Protein Isolate is easy to digest and contains high concentrations of amino acids to support muscle growth and recovery and other important biological functions. Carnivor™ Beef Protein Isolate delivers all the muscle-building powers of beef and more, with greater branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) levels, alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG) and creatine.

Beef protein isolate can be a superior protein alternative to other proteins that promotes lean muscle and strength (Sharp et al., 2017). Researchers also demonstrated that beef supports mTOR activation relative to whey protein – a key molecular signal that increases muscle protein synthesis (Detzel et al. 2015, ISSN Poster). Beef protein isolate is more concentrated in amino acids than whey. Carnivor™ Beef Protein Isolate is hydrolyzed for fast absorption so muscle growth is fueled quickly, and is lactose free so it’s ideal for people who are lactose intolerant or can’t digest whey protein. Finally, there’s no fat or cholesterol with Carnivor™.

Feed Your Body
Natural Caffeine for Energy and Mental Alertness

CARNIVOR COFFEE™ is a high-protein energy drink made with real premium roasted coffee and provides natural caffeine to help energize you through your day and workouts. Each serving provides 160 milligrams of caffeine, which is the equivalent to approximately two cups of coffee. You can drink it in the morning, afternoon or before your workouts to feed your body high-quality protein and get a nice boost of energy from the natural caffeine.

Coffee’s Potential Health Benefits

Coffee has many health benefits. It can also help burn fat, boost lean body mass, lower inflammation and increase testosterone.

Heart Health. A study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology analyzed data from 468,629 participants who didn’t have heart disease found that having up to three cups of coffee a day has a protective effect on heart health. It also reduces the overall mortality rate and risk of stroke.†

Fat Loss. The prestigious journal Nature Scientific Reports published a breakthrough weight loss/fat loss study in 2019 entitled: “Coffee Exposure Induces Browning Features in Adipose Tissue In Vitro and In Vivo.” The researchers said, “It is the first study in humans to show that something like a cup of coffee can have a direct effect on brown fat functions.”

Brown fat is an organ that is extremely metabolically active. It’s like a generator that produces heat, which helps burn more calories. We only have 50 to 100 grams of brown fat in our body, mainly located behind the neck and scapula. Brown fat produces 300 times more heat than our muscles or any organ in the body. British researchers from the University of Nottingham found that one cup of coffee containing only 65 milligrams of caffeine can activate brown fat. If we can increase the amount of brown fat or activate more brown fat cells, you will burn more calories over a 24-hour period.

Muscle Hypertrophy. A study in Food & Function found that coffee consumption promotes muscle hypertrophy. The study showed that by inhibiting myostatin expression and increasing IGF-1, coffee increases grip strength. And a study (Nutrition Journal, 2012) found that coffee drinking not only increases longevity, but also elevates testosterone levels.

Lowers Inflammation. In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, researchers found daily coffee consumption had a very positive metabolic effect on biomarkers of metabolic and inflammatory pathways in U.S. health professionals. Daily coffee consumption lowered C-reactive protein (CRP) 16.6%. CRP is a measurement of systemic inflammation. Also, daily coffee increased testosterone in men 5.3%. This study clearly shows that daily coffee consumption has a positive effect on lowering inflammation.†

Enhances Recovery.A study published in the journal Nutrients reported that coffee increases post-exercise muscular glycogen recovery in endurance athletes. The researchers acknowledged, “In this study, we showed that coffee increased post-exercise muscle glycogen resynthesis and the glycemic and insulinemic response during a 4-h recovery period after an exhaustive cycling exercise session, when compared with the control. This is consistent with our hypothesis that the combination of coffee with recommended amounts of carbohydrates would favor post-exercise muscle glycogen resynthesis.”

The study concludes that the addition of coffee as part of a post-exercise meal or beverage with adequate amounts of carbohydrates is an effective strategy to improve muscle glycogen recovery. The researchers also said, “It is currently not possible to define the exact coffee components underlying the latter effect. However, caffeine, caffeic acid, and cafestol are plausible candidates, given previous findings indicating their effect on insulin secretion and muscle glucose uptake. These findings add to the current knowledge on ergonomic properties of coffee.”

The research shows CARNIVOR COFFEE™ can have an impact on muscle building, fat loss, recovery and your health.

5-Star Reviews for CARNIVOR COFFEE™

Better tasting than plain Carnivor protein powder and not enough caffeine to give me jitters. -William L

Best part of waking up. Dissolves good, in the microwave and bam, breakfast and coffee without the hassle of coffee. Been a loyal shred user for years, so glad to have another caffeinated option. Best non-dairy protein on the market, hands down. -Anastasia O.

Power-punched coffee. I work long hours and struggle to start my day and get enough protein. Carnivor Coffee is a great and easy way to get your caffeine and protein at the same time. It also tastes a lot better than all the other instant coffee brands that I’ve tried. It doesn’t have that usual protein-powder taste or texture. It just tastes like really good coffee. -Lin W
