When I started using clen I could do 200 MCG dose daily but after stoping and starting again on my each clen cycle my tolerance level has gone down now even 20 mcg give me nightmares and trouble sleeping , increased bp 200/90 , could feel my heart trying to pump out of my Chest lol , even had to use xanax to calm down lol

Ahh good ole clen I tried it back in the day. Snagged from Mexico and it made me jittery as all get out but I could put in a 3 hour workout and feel like I hadn't even lifted. Well maybe that was the anadrol.

Hi,
Thanks I am using clen for the first time I have 100 x 40mcg tabs my partner is allowing me to half a tab for first couple of days then increase, I only want to lose weight and tone up have you any suggestions of work outs that are not bodybuilding workouts lol

Hey there,
My height is 5ft 8'8inch I have a medium body build I weigh 12st 7lb I am doing 30 mins exercise a day mostly cardio like zumba and then some toning excercises, I haven't been lifting my goal is to drop weight not wanting to make huge muscles although I know I can lift without this happening don't know how though and my goal is to drop 2 stone obviously not on first cycle?? I really think you should lay off the clen then in this case. I'm sure you've read above but clenbuterol will start losing its effectiveness after 2 to 3 weeks without a beta-2 "refresher" along side it (ketotifen)
At your current weight I honestly don't think you would notice a huge difference in adding this to your routine, although you could see some. I think clen is best used to get rid of the last few lbs the diet and exercise just can't seem to rid you of.
Is your diet clean? and are you currently dropping weight with what you are currently doing at the moment? Low carb it, high protein, etc look into your macro's make sure it's all where they should be. Once you hit a wall and stop seeing results THEN add clen or ECA stack (ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin)
As far as building muscle goes. Women do not have the hormonal capacity to natural get bulky ESPECIALLY while dieting and STRONGLY recommend throwing more of the weight around in your routine. You will see your body tighten up and get more toned because of it (more muscle used also means more cals burned).
Resistance weight training has been shown to burn more calories through out the day than a session of cardio. Also the more muscle your body puts on the more energy (macros) it will need to maintain itself. That means your body will burn more fat.
Cardio work your cardiovascular system (heart lungs) It does help with weight loss, yes, but it is most beneficial when combined with proper diet and exercise routine. Once and if your at this point, then add clen. You will then really see it shine in your use of it.

Don't drink alcohol. I've heard that one. Never heard the cardio one. I don't think your friend gave you good advice honestly. What are you just supposed to take clen and do what...just lift weights? What if your heart rate gets elevated lifting weights? Are you going to have a heart attack? Don't drink alcohol and stay hydrated and watch your bp. I would limit the caffeine intake maybe. Stay more hydrated if you drink caffeine on clen and also do a session of cardio. Maybe take it easy till you know how you react you know. Don't go start clen and run a fuckin marathon.

I need help guys! :/
Ive been using clen for a couple of weeks doing the 2 days on 2 days off type of cycle as this fits my lifestyle better than the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off...
Well on tuesday i was prescribed some antibiotics for a problem with my balls lol. I have to take these twice a day for 10 days and i was just wondering if it was safe to continue to take my clen whilst on the antibiotics? I really dont want to have to stop my cycle so soon
The antibiotics are called 'Ciprofloxacin'.

See i thought that too, but i read somewhere that antibiotics and clen are both harsh on your liver?
Ill only be doing 80mcg while on them. I should be taking 80 today and 80 tomorrow (both after morning training), then wednesday and thursday ill be off for two days and so on. My course of antibiotics will finish on tuesday next week. But I dont want to come off clen and have to start againPresser liked this post

Just an update for everybody. I stopped the Clen I was using from LaPharma. Not sure if it was just underdosed or counterfeit. The hologram matched their website's version but Im sure counterfeiters could replicate anything.
Anyhow, I had been doing the 2 week on 2 week off cycle, but quit at the end of the 2nd week. I hade made my way up to 200 mcg/day while feeling absolutely no side effects. I have high tolerance for stims but from all that Ive talked to and read, I shouldve felt something. So for precautionary sake, I tossed the "Clen" in the trash. I dont know what I was taking and I wasnt gonna continue to put myself at a potential risk with mystery pills.
Not bashing LaPharma, but find a supplier you know and trust. Ive got about 7% BF to lose to get to my goal of 5%. And so far hitting the cardio a little harder and lifting with less rest between sets is working. Diet is and always has been clean since i started as well.
Props to this thread and website for a lot of helpful info.

Ok no abuse please guys im just trying to get as much info on clenbuterol dosages.
So im female, 27yrs, 5ft & 9st 6lbs, I excersise twice a day (light weights in the morning & cardio in the late afternoon/eve) I eat clean so no carbs and I still cant bloody shift the weight so im contemplating using clenbuterol.
Im fully aware of the side effects but im wary to what dosage and times to take it and days off etc along with having to take additional supplements.
Please note im in the UK if things are named diff here.

The two week on two week off protocol is the most common. Ramp up slowly when using. First day 40, second day 40, sides ok then bump to 80, when sides ok bump to 120. No need to ramp down at 14 th day just stop and wait another two weeks. Just make sure you are handling sides ok before bumping up the dose. Also split dose up through out the day.

great advice, though you might wanna start at 20mcgs being a female, but 40mcgs shouldn't kill ya if you go that route, just my opinion hun

Ok thank you, do I need to take anything with the clenbuterol? also what do I do when I hit the max dosage on say for eg the 9th day? do I continue on the max until the end of the 2 weeks and then start again at 40 after my 2 week rest? Please bare in mind ive never taken this type of stuff before and im not schwarzeneggers like you lot x

Yes with clen supplement potassium and taurine. This will help with any muscle cramps. I remember when I would turn my head to far or stretch to reach something I would get a really bad cramp! So I highly recommend supplementing these. Yes when you hit max dose just maintain until the 14th day. ON the next two week cycle you should be able to ramp up quicker, however still start low the first couple days to avoid bad sides. Everyone has a different body and sides will vary among people. Sides I would get is shaky hands and random muscle cramps. The shakes would go away after the first few days of the cycle for me however.

So many of my questions have been answered in this thread except for a few. If I'm going to be doing 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off of Clen with ECA during my 2 weeks off, should I take ketotifen at all? Next question, the example at the top of the page has two days off of everything after the 14 days on Clen. Should I wait 2 days after I finish Clen before starting ECA for two weeks or can I go right into the ECA? Thanks!
