    1. THE DOWNHILL RUN STACK
    Very high strength and very high size gains.
    The following cycle is designed with male, weighing 110KG, experienced steroid user, in mind. To adjust for the proper dosage for your weight, figure a factor of 10% / 10KG of body weight. Example: If you weigh 120KG, increase the dosage 10% (or to the closest possible dosage).

    Make sure your daily intake of protein is at least 3 grams per kg/body weight and your daily caloric intake is 50 cal per kg/body weight. Utilize a high intensity, high weight, and low rep workout routine 6 days on, 1 day off at 90 minutes per day, during the cycle. After completing the cycle, utilize a 3 days on, 1 day off at 60 minutes per day. During the cycle take Evening Primrose Oil and Cod Liver Oil to assist your kidney/liver. Also, drink at least a gallon of water/day and most importantly eat, eat, eat (especially BEEF, just watch the fatty stuff). Gains with this oral and injection stacking combination for an average 110KG male is 8 – 14 kg. Females should not utilize this cycle, due to the high androgenic properties of it. This is heavy cycle and little side effects may be noted. Normally, the only noticeable side effects are an increase in acne, bloating in the upper abdomen area, increased cholesterol level, and decreased sleeping pattern. But, if have preexisting gyno, had gyno develop during puberty, or are susceptible to gyno. Either Nolvadex or Proviron is a recommended. (Proviron is preferred).
    The main purpose of this cycle is to hit the receptor sites hard and with the heavy androgenic products, when the receptors are fresh and clean (in the first three weeks). Then as the receptor sites begin to saturate, you’ll convert over to more anabolic – less androgenic products. This will allow you to intake heavier androgenic products with fewer chances of any adverse side effects. The increasing of the Primobolan is to aid in giving you that more cut look, after you complete the cycle.

    2. THE ULTIMATE STACK
    For an intermediate steroid user (1-2 years)
    The following cycle is designed with male, weighing 100KG, 1-2 years experience with steroids, in mind. To adjust for the proper dosage for your weight, figure a factor of 10% / 10KG of body weight. Example: If you weigh 80KG, decrease the dosage 20% (or to the closest possible dosage).

    1 bottle of Equipoise 10 ml (2000 mg/bottle)
    400 tabs of Dianabol
    Make sure your daily intake of protein is at least 2.2 grams per kg/body weight and your daily caloric intake is 45 cal per kg/body weight. Utilize a high intensity, high weight, low rep workout routine 6 days on, 1 day off at 60 – 90 minutes per day, during the cycle. After completing the cycle, utilize a 3 days on, 1 day off at 60 minutes per day. During the cycle take Evening Primrose Oil and Cod Liver Oil to assist your kidney/liver. Also, drink at least ten glasses of water/day and most importantly eat, eat, eat (just watch the fatty stuff).

Females can also utilize this cycle by cutting the injectable dosages to 1/2 and the Dianabol to 1/3, thus the gains will be approx. 1/3 to 1/2 that of the male stats. This is safe cycle and little or no adverse side-effects have been noted to date. Normally, the only noticeable side-effects (if any) are an increase in acne and minor bloating in the upper abdomen area.
    3. D-BOL TAB CYCLE WITH EITHER DECA/LAURA/NOR-50 INJECTIONS

    Note: Primobolan Depot can be utilized instead of the others, just cut the dosage of the inject. in half. Gains with the oral and injection combination for an average 100kg male is 5 – 10 kg. Females can also utilize this cycle by cutting the dosages to 1/3, thus the gains will be approx. 1/3 that of the man stats, but is safe and no adverse side-effects have been noted to date.

    Im thinking of doing these three in succession, what would you recommend for PCT and Supps? Also, Cytomel? How much/often. You specify that 3 tabs of Clen but not an mcg I can interpret that as 3 10mcg or 3 40mcg. Please clarify so I can stock correctly.

    I want to know the PCT for the fourth fifth and sixth cycles listed on the list. I wanna get big, fourth cycle listed all Sus. Then add more size and increase strength, fifth cycle listed. Then cut it all up with the sixth listed cycle. I need to know the anti-e's I'll need. I know for the D-Bol in the fifth cycle I'll need an anti-e but how much and how many weeks following the cycle. Then how long between cycles?

    Hi im Allbouthegainz, found all this Very helpful and im looking for some advice. Im new to this world and need some expertise, i just finshed 12wk cycle of test-e at 250mg per wk. Looking for a new one to try. I want lean mass but not a cutter being that im skinny already, cant put on TOO much too quickly ( scared of getting noticed ) the Test-E didnt do much for me at all. Anybody have any suggestions???

    DO 500 WK, and eat like hell. if your skinny throw carbs at it like crazy. Keep track of how many cals your eating because your prob not eating what you think. eat to gain.

    I really think its all in the person. Everyone is different. I just came off about 5 months straight of blasting and now am going to cruise because my body is telling me i cant get anymore out of my gear. Basicly for the last month ive started going in reverse as far as gains and strength. time for a break.

    Was that 12 week cycle your first cycle ever? And 12 weeks at 250mg per week of testosterone enanthate should have put some nice size on you!

    no winnie is not a good choice . your not going to find much strnger the testosterone, other then trenbolone acetate, and if tren ace doesn't impress you within a week or two then their is something wrong with you lmao

    You don't wanna do the tren ace by itself, it is best stacked with a testosterone, i personally prefer testosterone propionate with my tren acetate

    I was taking about 3000-4000 cals a day and around 2 grams of protien per lb of body weight. Im not sure if im doing something wrong or God says this is as big as im Gettin. Thanks for any advice and Help!

The gear was shit if you didn't get much out of it, but you first said yoiu didn't get much out of it, then you said in another post you put on some nice size, lol, so what were you expecting from 250mg a week of test enanthate?     Lost 5lb bw but added a little size all around. 10-15lb flat bench and the same in curls, i have no doubt it worked. Just not as well as i had hoped it to

    If you want to gain but not to quick. Try 500mg test a week. Or test 500mg and 400 mg Deca is a classic bulking cycle.

    I don't care much for any of these cycles..most doses are low, and I don't see any benifit from ramping doses , with the exception of cytomel(t3)

    your not going to find anything better then testosterone bro for adding size , weight, strength etc.. some will say tren ace, but even thats not a base steroid, your gear was fake or your doing something very wrong if you took testosterone enanthate and lost 5lbs

    With the knowledge of my last cycle-do you still recomend tren ace and test?? Im 21 and have been lifting since i was 15 so I doubt i did some thing THAT wrong, it could Always be fake i guess. What should i do?

    I wouldn't do tren quite yet.either fake gear or your not eating as much as you think. 3 to 4 k calories, you should be gaining just from that. One of the sponsors hear has quality test.

    For sure gonna get from a different source this time. Any thoughts on Test250/deca200 for 450mg per wk?? And in the event i cant get a pharm anti-E would a store bought work?? Alot of questions i know but just trying to pick your brains here and get quality info. Thanks

    Hey guys, as I posted I have received my first order from PSL, I was doing some research about Dbol, one link said it's best to spread your dose throughout the day while another said take it all right before lifting. What's the best/most effective way to dose?

    I'm a firm believer in the Test Deca Dbol stack. This works fine for me and has always yielded great results. I would like for the Dbol to be more potent however as I've really never blown up with Dbol but that could be because of my super clean diet. I'm still learning and growing but I'm definitely enjoying the experience.

    Contrary to popular belief that was pushed upon us from "marketing agencies", protein intake does not have to be super high. Most people are multiplying body weight by some number. You do not need to feed your fat. Just your lean mass. I personally eat no more than 1.2 to 1.5 grams per LBM=Lean Body Mass.
    So for our example, the 200 lb man with 170 lbs of LBM would only need LBM x 1.5 = ~ 255 grams of protein daily.
    I know most ppl are mostly concerned with "Liver" values.. You need to watch your Kidneys folks.. But make no mistake about it, to much protein is Not healthy.. Just a thought.....................AnalogMan

    Dosed: 150mg Twice Daily (total of 300 mg daily)
    Half Life: 7 hours.
    Common Side Effects: few, maybe headaches /nausea.

    this is a good post on protein intake! I myself barely fucking eat, and i carb cycle daily, and never needed 2.5 grams of protein per pound of my body weight, even just 2 grams per pound would put me at close to 600 grams protein, and i never came that close !

    Its all about utilizing your steroid cycles protein synthesis benefits and timing everything perfect especially when using igf-1 lr3 and or insulin!

    some ideas here for your winter time cycles, though theirs a lot of new things out since this thread was even made, I'm old school, and the basics are the basics! Testosterone, winny, tren ace and igf. this winter i would like to run this cycle though swap out the winny for equipoise and front load the propionate for 2 weeks really high, but we will see i suppose, lol
