Dianabol Dosages, Dbol Gains. How to keep Muscle gains from Dianabol cycle

Introduction:
Dianabol (dbol) is one of the more popular and well-known orals one can take. But there are often many questions surrounding how to use dbol, when to take dianabol, among other things. I will try to address these concerns and lay out possible solutions the best I can.
Dosing:
Liver toxicity is a concern when taking orals, but with proper protection and dosing, it is unlikely any harmful situations should arise. Common doses range from 20mg everyday (ED) to 50mg+ ED. The higher the dose generally translates to shorter duration of use. Those looking for benefits in the 20mg ED range can feel safe running dbol for around 8 weeks. This is of course a guideline and proper bloodwork should be taken to minimize risk. Those looking for more pronounced benefits, namely strength and pure size, can get away with running around 40mg ED for 3-6 weeks.
Timing:
Timing can play a large role with this drug due to its 6-8 hour half-life. Those looking for mainly strength increases would benefit from taking the majority of their daily dose pre-workout; usually an hour or so before hand. This will not translate soley to strength gains, but moreso than spreading the dose throughout the day. That leads me to the next way of dosing dianabol. Other users may chose to take 5-10mg every few hours to keep a steady stream of the drug in their system; thus leading to being more anabolic. However, there can be a compromise. Users can also benefit from taking a large portion of their daily dose preworkout and the rest a few hours postworkout. The only disadvantage to this route is that there is not as steady a stream of the drug in your system throughout the day. However, you get the best of both worlds by getting a great workout and being very anabolic postworkout. This will aid in muscle recovery when it is most important, postworkout, and when you should be getting in the majority of your high protein meals.
Precautions:
First and foremost, bloodwork should be kept track of to make sure blood levels remain in a reasonable and healthy range. Although liver toxicity is generally over-emphasized, it still is an issue that needs to be addressed. Therefore, a liver support such as NAC is a great addition to any cycle containing a liver-harsh drug. High amounts of water (ie 2+ gallons) should be consumed daily with Dianabol and other orals. Sodium intake should also be watched more carefully due to the fact that it increases water retention and bloat. That is not something you want alot of while taking dbol. Now what about alcohol? It should be avoided at all costs and that's all I'll say on the subject. If you're serious about this then you should already have a good answer.
What To Expect:
One should feel the effects (namely in the gym) within the first week of beginning the regimen. Increased blood pressure and intensity are common. Rapid weight gain within the first two weeks are also very common, but don't be fooled. Most of this gain is water based. The "real" gains will begin to show usually after the first few weeks once your body is able to synthesize more protein more effectively, therefore increasing lean body mass. As noted earlier, strength increase is a major side effect of this drug. Therefore, one should pay extra attention on the new weight they are lifting in order to minimize risk of injury of the tendons and ligaments. This is because the tendons and ligaments do not grow in conjunction with the muscles, so as your muscles continue to grow, you are asking more and more from the same tendons and ligaments.
Keeping Gains:
Since Dianabol only cycles are generally a bad idea, it is assumed you are using test as a base for this cycle. Running test for a longer duration than the dbol is usually a good idea as your body is still very anabolic and thus, the ability to retain new muscle is increased. This is just a general rule of thumb and does not equate to holding onto any portion of your gains as there are many factors involved. Another factor, and probably the biggest factor, is diet. Diet during your dbol use and after will be the biggest determining factor on what you gain and what you hold on to. For the most part, expect to lose ~5 or so pounds once the dbol is out of your system. This number will usually be around the same to as much weight (bloat and water) that you initially put on. Your post-dbol diet should not differ too much than when you were taking dbol, but increasing calories and protein slightly is usually a good idea. You will need to "eat at your new weight." If you were originally 200lbs and now you're 215lbs, you need to eat like a 215 pounder to STAY at 215lbs. The inverse is also true.
Summary:
All in all, Dianabol is a great compound and should meet every one of your expectations, but it isn't perfect and considerations need to be taken based on your goals and YOU. Therefore, in order for you to get the most from it, you need to understand what is going on and what you need to do to maximize your results. Hopefully this piece has helped you to do that and has answered any other questions and concerns someone new to dbol may have.

I made a Dbol/test iso mix.
I like it well
Dbol in oil form slows down the dbol and takes longer to get into your system.
and only goie threw the liver once from the info i was given.
They say the process of injectable takes like 24 hrs to get into your system.
The way my body seems to react the info seems true.
after 3 days i noticed that my urine was not so dark and after 1 week my urine seems normal.
Anyone else ever do injections over oral.
100mg dbol/100mg iso/50mg prop eod my incline bench went to 305lbs from 275 fairly easy for 2 reps.
Im back in action boys!
and thats with a torn tendon on my elbow i go for surgery to fix it.
I can do no curls just push motion sucks.

I much rather take 10 or 20mg dianabol daily for a longer cycle duration than take 50mg daily for a couple weeks, at least i think i would prefer that lol, im not a fan of dianabol, and have run the 50mg daily course for 2 weeks during a testosterone only cycle, well it was omnadren cycle, anyhow, i think i would prefer the small dosages of dbol over many weeks than the shorter one

Dbols my shit. I love it because it's the only steroid that actually makes me feel good. I don't know about you guys but I can feel it working from the very FIRST dose. Not necessarily in terms of strength or size, lol, but I can literally feel my blood pressure pick up and I get a little anxious then I get super energetic and motivated and in a really good mood. It's very noticeable. Since then, I've used Halotestin, Var, Anadrol, Superdrol, but I always seem to go back to good old dianabol. Superdrol Imo is the strongest of them all, but it was almost impossible for me to run because it fucked my blood pressure up too badly, too quickly.
I've used 50-60mg's of dbol up to six weeks at a time. No ill effects whatsoever. I ran 100mg's a day for two weeks leading up to a meet, and 200mg's for the day of the meet.
All in all, I really don't think anymore then 30-40mg's is needed for most people tops. However, 50mg seems to be my personal fav. dose.
Also, like to stack 50mg's of Dbol with 50mg's of Anadrol. Sweet combo. It's a way to get benefits from both, without having to run a really high dosage of either one.Presser thanked for this post

lol, good point! I'll See your dianabol dosage comment and Raise You One, I see boatloads of articles and members touting how blood work is super important before any cycle to get a baseline and then again after your cycle hell i think its even in this dbol article lol, but I dont know anyone who really does get their blood work done regularly like they should!
Not sure why that came to mind lol, i guess i just think most people are full of shit when they say they do this or that, or eat this many calories daily lol, the saddest part is human beings know what to do, right from wrong, yet still dont do it!

Yeah it is just too expensive to do all the time. I feel its better to monitor resting heart rate, blood pressure and resting body temp daily. These things are going to tip you off as well as urine color and just generally how you feel. Also the biggest thing I would worry about with dbol is jaundice and it is easy to catch that early if you know what you are looking for.

I am working on getting my liver enzymes down, what a pain. They have always been high. I am taking nac, ala, choline and tumeric. I do take clomid and aromasin to raise test. I might just go give blood and they will do a blood test for me!

With my trt I do bloodwork every 6 months. I have taken dbol for 6 weeks at 10-20 and stopped 4 weeks before labs. My liver enzymes always within range. My insurance covers my trt except for deductible for labs of $400 a year. Some people handle stuff better than others. I like to know now that I am clear with good labs before I blast a cycle. Years ago was on winny had to do labs for life insurance for a business loan. Liver enzymes were so high they checked me for liver disease. I take nac, Ala, and milk thistle. I figure it doesn't hurt taking the milk thistle and doesn't affect my receptors. I have done same thing with superdrol and with low dose enzymes good 4 weeks later cholesterol too. For whatever it's worth it take fish oil and garlic everyday with b-complex plus multi vitamin.

Hi I am new here and have a question. First thanks for all the valuable information. Hypothetically, would dbol be ok for a 53 year old male? and also Hypothetically, since "Referring a source is called CONSPIRACY TO DISTRIBUTE!!!" How would one find legitimate sources for it?

Welcome and I wouldn't use dianabol at any age unless it's for kick start of a cycle.
All anyone needs is testosterone to grow into a beast if they like or just get fit and ripped , point is at 53 years old you can get a TRT HRT doctors script legally ! As soo as I was mid 30's I went this route and it's truly all that's needed at least it's all I need lol
And maybe these young guys like to play around with their money and freedom but at 53 I would imagine you have way too much to lose ! Find a good doctor brutha they're out there

I know a guy that placed well in the Olympia in late80s but as a top amateur before he became Weiders poster boy he would take dball and push the dosage till he got side effects (nosebleeds) and then back it off a little till sides went away,it worked well for him.

Last good D I had was some hearts from Thailand 4-5 years back.Bought bunk 3 times since, it's got to the point I'm won't even try an oral because of all the trash I've gotten lately!Really discouragind when you know what the good shot is like and can't get it!

Thats exactly how I feel about Anadrol! I was never a dianabol kinda guy, aside from using pink thais dianabol back in the early 2k’s as a kick start to a cycle or low dose longer runs. As for Oxymetholone aka anadrol, I can NOT think of one decent anadrol tab I’ve taken since the days of Han Kuks, and Hemo’s , back when you had to cut a 50mg tab in half cause the shit was too painful to take otherwise! When 50-75mg of anadrol was INCREDIBLE!
Now days, if and its a “IF” I were to want to add a strong oral to my cycle, I would opt for superdrol, as 10mg of real superdrol, was also incredible! Although that was many years ago as well lmao

I took some blue hearts March Pharma in August 20-30mg a day
And Organon Sust 250 amp MWF
Same here I hadn't had quality like that in a while after 50 hearts i ran to primo and mast p, lowered Organon Sust 125mg eod
After edema in cleared in hands and feet I added prop every opposite day of sust.
Alot of orals last 7 years have made me feel like death. Heart burn acid indigestion
Taking Prev-acid, zantac, tagament.....
There are some around but u Gotta be careful who u trust. And BEWARE of counterfeits!!!

That's the thing I like about the glass amps usually have been counterfeited many years ago Sustanon used to come in a pre-loaded glass syringe and had about an 18 gauge needle on it I've ran those home before in the glute and had the blood shoot up on the mirror but it was never counterfeited I need to quit reliving the good old days on here I'm probably wearing some people's nerves thin

I have to say I am a real fan of dbol, two weeks into a cycle and I could see and feel the difference, the fullness is probably one of the most beneficial aspects. Besides the post injection soreness I like the product. My dose was 1/2ml eod with 25mgtest no ester for the first 2 weeks, then 1ml eod for the second two weeks and back to 1/2ml eod for two more weeks, test prop continued for 6 weeks after the dbol cycle. Estrogen blocker, liver support and increases caloric intake all supplemented.
For a first cycle this was all I needed.
Just a after thought, during my dbol use I had some pretty bad headaches, a couple even woke me up from sleep. Has anyone else had this issue?Presser liked this post

I'm no stranger to those headaches either. I have my family Dr. write a script for clonidine 0.2 mg.. It's a B/P
med, it's not a beta blocker so you can still drive the skin bus into tuna town and it helps you sleep, it also helps with back pain by decreasing inflammation the Dr. tell's me. It's about the only thing I can sleep on when doing Tren , since I can't get GHB any more.The best part is that it is dirt cheap,I pay about $2.00 for 90 pills!
As for the water intake I have found that I can put away a half gallon sitting in the recliner like right now by putting the fruit punch flavor Mio water enhancer
If you're craving something sweet it hits the spot,..I hope this helps you out some, Keep on Pumping!
