Default HOW HGH delays Aging. Growth Hormone converts to IGF-1 insulin-like growth factor-1

    HGH And Aging

Read the Following article on "HGH And Aging".

Aging is an inevitable stage of our life. However, aging may differ from one person to another. Specialists in the anti-aging field have done their best to know the reason why some people age earlier than other people. Genes are one reason, yet the new discovery is that it has something to do with the levels of growth hormone in our bodies.

Human growth hormone is described by some as the key to slowing the aging process. HGH is responsible for growth during childhood -- and for the repair and regeneration of human tissue throughout our lives. By the time we reach the age of 30, our HGH levels decline, causing us to age.

The theory is that, by increasing the levels of HGH in our bodies, we can slow, or even reverse, many of the manifestations of aging. However, it must be done carefully, though, and under medical supervision. Ideally, this HGH replacement should begin at about the age of 30 years, but HGH replacement can be beneficial at any age above 30.

    How HGH Delays Aging

The effects of growth hormone on the tissues of the body can generally be described as anabolic or building up. Like most other protein hormones, HGH acts by interacting with a specific receptor on the surface of cells. It is said that human growth hormone exerts some of its effects by binding to receptors on target cells, where it activates a second messenger. Through this mechanism HGH directly stimulates division and multiplication of chondrocytes of cartilage.

It is said that HGH also stimulates production of insulin-like growth factor 1 which has growth-stimulating effects on a wide variety of tissues and has stimulatory effects on osteoblast and chondrocyte activity to promote bone growth.

In addition, human growth hormone is said to reduce excess body fat, especially abdominal fat, increase muscle mass, reduce wrinkling of the skin and some other effects of skin aging, reverse cognitive decline, stimulate production of the bone marrow cells that produce red blood cells, and slows the progression of cardiovascular disease, and reduces the risk of death from cardiovascular disease.

All these things help make you delay aging, not only skin deep but also from within. It increases physical strength and gives you added energy and vigor. It also boosts sexual performance in men.

However, in as much as human growth hormone is truly an anti-aging hormone inside and out, you should use in with medical supervision to minimize the likelihood of unpleasant side effects which can pose danger to your health.
