Average Dosage Steroid Cycles for 16 weeks with Test Enatate & Equipoise

Kick In Time:

Boldenone EQ


Equipoise (Boldenone Undecylenate) is best run for 16 weeks, as it will take a solid 6 weeks to kick in and feel the full effects without doing a frontload with it. Frontloading not only the equipoise but also the testosterone enanthate would work well here and both steroids could reach your desired max peak blood hormone levels within 7-10 days if done properly. For the sake of simplicity and assuming your a beginner , we will forgo the frontloading explanation and save that for your 3rd cycle.


Kick In Time:

Testosterone Enanthate


Enanthate you should feel within the first 2-4 weeks, depending on whether this is your first cycle or not. It is true first cycle is always felt as soon as the ester kicks in ,wheras experienced bodybuilders beyond their 3rd cycle will likely not feel it like they did the first couple times around. This is also why you will see bodybuilders begin to add other steroidal compounds into the cycles.

It is wise to always start slow, and get a feel for how you respond to each hormone, this way down the road, when you have maybe 3 injectable type steroids and an oral all stacked in your cycle, youll have a solid understanding of what to lower in dosage or drop completely from your stack is for example negative side effects arise. I am of the opinion that a journal should be kept, you would surprised how handy this will come in down the line.

Results Time:

Assuming you have been in the training at least 3-4 days per week and resting properly then your gains should go like this:

Week 1 & 2: You are pushing more weight than ever, pounding out extra reps, and you think the steroids are hitting you instantly, your a beast.

Week 3: You think your Somewhat stronger but should be further along maybe, you start asking yourself if week 1 and 2 was just a placebo effect. You start thinking maybe the gear i bought was fake. Training is hasnt diminished, but not much better. Your falling back to earth a bit from your first week in the gym that carried over to your second week, and yes, it was a placebo effect. After the gym, or maybe between sets if your a douchebag your googling as many pictures of the gear you bought, trying to make heads or tails of whether you have good gear, but to no avail.

Week 4 & 5: You decide to add more weight on the bar than previously ever attempted! Your lifts go well without any issues, and your starting to think , ok yeah i feel it.

Week 6: Once again More weight please. Every lift goes extremely well! Your feeling good, and likely at this point your pushing through even more reps, and staying at the gym much longer than you should and need to. Its normal!

Week 7 & 8: Your up a solid 20 pounds. Most of its water weight, but you swear you are the one human being on the planet who was able to add 100% pure lean muscle mass. Your shirts are getting tighter, and your taking your time now in the gym. You want to get the most out of this cycle because its your first and last cycle you tell yourself. Your numbers are way up across the board, your muscles arent getting tired, and at this point you ask your friend to start working out with you, after all he has been asking what the fuck your on, so you bring him along to show him whats up, but mainly because now your in need of a spotter.

Week 9: Your now always hungry due to the equipoise having kicked in full effect! You start packing meals in your little bag, and pulling them out every couple hours to eat. Your dedicated and feeling damn near invincible! You know better but you start training on weekends and only leave one day of rest. Not optimal but if your young you can get away with it! You see people taking notice of you in the gym and love it!

Week 10 - 12: Your wearing your new Otomix workout kicks to the gym because last week you noticed people were starting to pay attention to you. Other members of the gym are watching you lift, and talking to one another about you , that could only be adulation in your mind. lol. Cause your that guy now right! Your up another few pounds overall, and you notice none of your clothes fit you now. It happens!

Week 13-14: Your seriously big now, you finally realize most of it is water, though not subcutaneous water, that smooths your muscles out, but your muscle bellies are just screaming with hydration. At this point your eating a meal right before training, in the gym so everyone can see how dedicated you are. You wont admit it to yourself, none of us do, but you know! Your carbed, and ready to hit the weight room! Your now warming up a lot more due to always training so heavy, and last thing you need is to tare a muscle. Your warm ups go well, your sitting on the bench, or machine or what have you , and your looking around the gym, waiting for that perfect moment to start your heavy sets, that moment when everyone else is getting done their sets, or at least those with whom you think its important enough to have take notice. lol

Week 15 - 16: You have acomplished everything you set out to do! This cycle could not have gone any better. Now is when you start making excuses about why you should continue this cycle. You tell yourself, well im going to compete one day, those guys never come off. You get a feel for others opinions, which is usually not what you want to hear anyhow, but you ask nonetheless. "Dont you ever want have kids" your asked, and of course you tell yourself you never want to have kids, lol. You know you should come off, your beat red all the time with a blood pressure tan and if your a smart chap, you'll do just that!




Post Steroid Cycle Expectations:


Be sure to take post cycle therapy serious, you should have had your ancillaries on hand, and ready to go. HCG should have been run throughout this cycle, but i know 99% of you dont do it, and that goes for the internet gurus who dont practice what they preach. I for one am one of them, however i never claimed to have used hcg throughout a cycle, and have only recently concluded its best during cycle rather than post cycle, and this is due to the conclusive studies that have been posted here by way of pubmed. Had you of asked me 4 or 5 years ago, I would have told you to use the HCG at the end of the cycle, and anyone who used it during the entire cycle was a loon. Hell I just learned its even better to begin the hcg a week prior to beginning you steroid cycle. Now that i havent seen in a study, but trust the source, a solid member here at MC.

Clomid:

Start your clomid two weeks after your last injection of testosterone enanthate and cypionate. This way the ester has time to clear your body. Now I know some guys say to start it one week prior to ester clearing, but im not in that camp.





Closing Comments:

Now, as my signature says, EVERYTHING IS RELATIVE, which means, for me to have actually given you any more precise week by week details of whats to certainly happen would be absurd! As everyone is different, and diets are either shitty or shiny, so everything is relative.

Testosterone and Equipoise cycle i laid out, is a tried and true cycle for beginners to intermediate , which to me means under 4 cycles. Some will pack on massive size of 50-60 pounds easily in 16 weeks with these two compounds!

 
Big proponent of Front Loading Boldenone (equipoise) as well as Your Test enanthate or cypionate for those running long testosterone esters .
