Winny versus anavar are a different story. They both will dry you out but in my experience winstrol is better. Your diet will ultimately dictate how you cut. Winstrol is more androgenic so take that for what it’s worth.
Agreed in terms of either will work for cutting, or bulking, although testosterone propionate is far better in terms of less water retention subcutaneously
