Powerlifter that needs diet help ‘go figure right

Ok I need help I’m 37,,I was a world champion 140kg class powerlifter with 35-40% body fat, one day a friend said “when you gonna quit it’s time...I said when I have 5 world records in 5 weight classes.. he said looks it’s gonna be forever cause you will never be that small, I flipped him the bird and he said 5000$ says you can’t do it...so I already had a world record in the 140kg and 125 kg class(275lbs) now I’m 60lbs down weighing 248 competing at 110kg (242lbs) in 3 weeks and I should easily set a record in that class....NOW here is where I need help the weight loss is slowing to a crawl, strength is falling fast..after this meet I need to continue losing but wanna maintain as much muscle as I can, I’m currently at 250mg a week test and that’s it....I’m not gonna be doing powerlifting workouts until January because I wanna focus on the weight loss....which is why I’m here...I know nothing about body building style workouts or how you guys eat, or the gear that is popular for muscle sparing and staying full in the process..I wanna keep my muscles full while chopping fat...I’m currently around 28-30 percent body fat...please help me out...now remember I’ll be going back to powerlifting workouts around January to get ready for a competition in Poland March 24-28 but until January am willing to do whatever to keep losing. I’ve been blasting and cruising 5 years the pics I’ll post are when I was at 308 and now at 248lbs
