Always good to see things growing. Competition is always a good thing it also keeps competitors new and old working hard!
by Armando M. Under leadership of Mr. Vitor Reis, Portuguese Bodybuilding Federation (FLCF) is becoming really active in the last years. Every time, more and more Portuguese athletes are competing at the international IFBB events, such as recent European Championships, Arnold Classic and Olympia Amateur Spain, beside FLCF is supporting, with judges and officials, the main events.
Thanks to this active role, EBFF/IFBB accepted the proposal from FLCF, about organizing next Mediterranean Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships that will be a really successful event, near to end of 2016 season. Lisbon, the capital city of Portugal will host this event, during November 18th to 19th and will participate more than 10 National Teams from 2 continents.
In recent Olympia Amateur Spain, Mr. Vitor Reis updated President Santonja about the last news and progression on this subject. More information, for athletes and supporters will be announced, coming soon, in the website.
