preparing for bodybulding contest which is going to happen after 10 days
hi...
im on steriods cycle which is given below
clen, stanazol, anavar(oxandorolone), winstrol, oxidane, hydroxycut, nitric oxide, tren a, maestron, tren h and primabolon....
my concern is that my stomach is still looks like bloating and i can feel my abs muscle but it is still not visible propeely... now i find it difficult for me to get my stomach in shape.. so i want ur reviews for my upcoming contest. 😢

You have a show in 10 days and your abs aren't showing? If this is the case your not ready yet bro. Post pics and stats , with doses .

sir these are three pictures of mine.
i take 2 tab clen, 1 oxidane, 1 hydroxycut, 2 stanazol, and 2 nitric oxide in morning cadio workout after that at weigght training time i take 2 oxandrolone and t3 with unflavoured BCAAs and same in the evening workout session
winstrol injectable 50mg daily
mon- tren A 1 ml
wed-tren h + prima 0.5+0.5
fri- maestron 1 ml
3 - 4 times isolate protein
and low carb 0 fat high fiber diet i am following.
sir now please tell me it is correct or give me some another way to achieve my result.

My input is u not ready. I myself have visible abs at 13% body fat but I gotta get below 10% then I can see abs with separations, at 7-8% I can see all an separations and striated areas between ribs by lats. My input is u prolly around 12-13% and u gotta get to at least 8% for your body type.

Your shoulders are broad and u look good from back. I haven't seen your legs though. What I see is a layer of fat that needs to be lost not water. Some people hold more in midsection. You gotta lose more body fat%. In 10 days it will be tough to not lose muscle. U not taking an AI? Estro does keep fatty tissues on us.

I never competed but been using gear and working out bodybuilding for a long time. My suggestions are 2 things. U need to research to decide on your needs.
1-add letro in .5 mg per day until competition
2- u gotta drop some body fat. U need a stimulate. U gotta hold as much muscle as possible if your gear is good u should. U also need to figure out according to your calories if u are maintaining or losing. U need to be deficit enough to lose. How long have u been on the clen? U may need to get off and try something else for the duration. No matter what it will be hard to come in.
What is your % body fat?
When do u at what % u normally see your abs.

U are broad shouldered and v from back. U do look good if your abs were showing with less body fat u would be better. The less body fat would cut u everywhere and really ad to your appearance and ever muscle details. Just wanted to say that.

2-clenbuterol dose??? I always took 90mcg to 120mcg
per day.
Oxidane. I never tred.
2 nitric oxide. Will only help pump imo.
2-stanozolol dose???? U only need oral or injectable
Take 50 mg to 100 mg day
Hydroxycut. Wouldn't waste time or money
Oxadrolone dose??? Need 50 a day but u doing

T3 dose??? I never took
Winstrol same as stanozolol oral or inject only needed not both.
Monday u have tren a. U need tren a 50-100 everyday or
Other day.
Wed u have tren h .5 and prima .5. U only need tren a and prima u need about 400-800 a week
Masterone u have for Friday u need masterone at 100-150 a day.

Yeah bro, in 10 days you wont be ready to step on stage, and as Muscle Mechanic said, you would lose too much muscle now if you were to try shredding these last 10 days, and you still wont be anywhere near ready even if you did try this.
I would forgo this competition If I were you, and concentrate on another show in maybe a month or so.
Do you train your abs and obliques at least 2-3 times per week? I ask because from the looks of your back which looks trained, your abs do not look like you concentrate on them or give them their very own attention in the gym? And I am not trying to be rude when I ask that, as I am being very sincere and trying to help you out. I have competed in a few shows, and I can also tell you losing hard earned muscle while trying to get shredded is very real! I lost some muscle mass the very first show I ever did, as I was so concerned with coming in sliced and diced that i went overboard and certainly lost some lean muscle.
Lastly, you want to be on point your very first show and know that you gave it your all and looked as best you can! Thats when you get bitten by the competition bug! and want to keep competing, but when you go into a show knowing you do not look as best you can, and dont do very well, it may leave such a bad tatse in your mouth that you never try again!
Those are my thoughts anyhow my man and my opinions, although the statement about you not being 10 days out ready, is a fact unfortunately!
