No Wings of Strength??

Since the IFBB somehow caved into the pressures of whatever it might be called and serious women's bodybuilding has moved to WoS, why aren't we discussing it? My gf is a former IFBB pro having earned her pro card in 2002 she's been invited to WoS and as long as it's on the up and up without any bs on the side I'm encouraging her, partially sponsoring and traveling with her. Any one with any experience dealing with them?

No experience with them but it is sad the IFBB has lost track of its roots.

There should be some kind of written rules to tell you what the judges are looking for so people don't get robbed from show to show or if not rules at least the judges could be consistent so the athletes know what they need to do and what they need to bring on stage.. way too much politics involved..

Agreed. Being judged on hair and make up have nothing to do with your physique. Be straight up, set it on paper... say we deduct points for virilization signs upon the face. That'd force ppl to enhance within reason. Voices? Who cares, but when they cross that line we all know looks wise. Some can be hyper muscular without seemingly losing all feminine traits. Others not so much. Be clear and concise rather than judgmental and inconsistent .

funny that you said Put it on paper so that we can see, the reason being I don't know if you have ever seen the interview with Tony Freeman when he was ranting about leaving the ifbb? The funny part he said if someone steps out of bounds in a football game we don't need a referee to tell us because we can see it, if someone double dribbles in basketball we can see it, but we don't know what these judges want on any given day. In fact it's so bad my wife calls it a beauty pageant and is one of the reasons she won't watch shows with it anymore.

Bro my girl is jacked and still gorgeous, yet she's into the lifting and physique aspects more than the fucking hair and walking around. She's pretty much has the same approach to things as me, only as a competitive bodybuilder she's even more into it full spectrum.

I have said this before and will continue to until I see things change. No way should you place in multiply divisions. If you meet the critieria for mens physique, you should not be big enough for classic bodybuilding. Same as with the women.

That must be nice I mean my wife is into it if she knows everybody, but the truth is the only reason she won't go to shows or watch them when I stream them to the TV with me anymore, because of what we're talking about here. The judges being so inconsistent she calls it a beauty pageant. t
That's where I got that from. I thonk it's pretty bad when you got girls who don't need him compete saying that.
