Protein shake with banana, oats and your favorite protein powder flavor. This recipe also doubles as a quick and nutritious breakfast for those on the go.

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 2 scoops of whey protein powder

Firstly seems amazing i personally prefer taking natural supplements and when we find something like that which we can made by our own what else do we need.
I am glad that you shared a superb shake recipe keep sharing stuff like this.
 
It's a good recipe for the oat and banana protein shakes.
It is an ideal protein shake for the bodybuilders to build and recover the muscles.
I would like to add this protein shake in my routine muscles building diet.

I do one of these shakes nearly everyday. Except I use water and PB if its not a PWO meal. I'll have to try it with milk.
 
Great shake! I have it every morning. I use water instead if milk. Not quite as thick with water.

Tip...... Use the cheaper oats from a can.... Like the store brand. The oats are softer and will blend better. Quaker oats are too hard.
