    Default Hired 3Js Nutrition to help with diet for Mens Physique Contest

    Okay guys so I have decided to do a physique show APR 30 2016 in my area. This is a personal goal of mine before I turn 40. I am not trying to do this to become pro or anything just a personal goal. As I just hit another personal milestone to get 405 on flat bench at 218 lbs. So in mid January I will concentrate on the show and getting diet in order. With that I have been talking to the guys at 3J and decided to acquire them to help me to be in the best possible shape I can be. I don't expect to just go out and win my first show but I do want to be in the best shape possible. I will keep you guys informed and throw up some pics here and there. I have already sent these guys some pics to get me started.

    ohh, and just for clarification its not the the "guys at 3J" youre always working with me, 3J.. i dont trust my clients to someone elses half assed philosophies and advice..

    Thanks guys I will get some pics and stats up after the holidays my work and the holiday has me very busy that is why I decided to start my cut after the first of the year hopefully work stress is better and its a sucky time of year where I live so I can focus on training and getting ready for my competition. I thought I ate a lot until I received my diet wow.

    Just a lil update things are going well diet and training are on point so far. my weight is dropping at 2 pounds a week so far. No cardio right now just diet and new wo routine. Thanks to 3j.I will say all of my lifts have gone up since I started as this is my first time for keeping a log of my wo routine.

    just a lil date we are almost 6 weeks out and I have dropped calories from 3500 to 2500 a day my weight is at 198.6 this morning from 218 when we started. My body got stubborn for a week or so and held 203 but finally this week it cut loose and I dropped to 198.6 cardio is at 45 mins a day 5 days a week but I have been doing 6 last 2 weeks. I wont lie my hats off to guys that do this shit for a living it is the biggest challenge I have ever taken eating the same shit day in and day out. I am one mean MUTHER FUCKER RIGHT NOW I HATE EVERYONE!! But I just think of the end result and I will not quit or fail that's not an option. Thanks to 3j for his help I could not have done it with out the guidance he has given me. I look forward to seeing my end result. I have plenty of work to do from now until Apr 30 but as I said I will not quit or fail.

    Okay guys so I am just under 5 weeks out this mornings weight was 196.6. I seem to be holding my size and loosing the fat all measurements holding except for waist and stomach. my waist is at 33 from 35 and stomach is at 32 from 35. Looking forward to last few weeks and seeing the final product. My cardio has really improved my endurance in the gym. I am doing 60 min cardio 6 days a week. I am currently able to run 5 miles in 56 mins. First mile in under 8... Definitely will continue cardio after my show 2 to 3 times a week for over all well being. Had no idea how much cardio would improve my endurance in gym and strengthen legs.

I really struggled for a few weeks and got down but a refeed day and lower calories made a huge difference. Definitely got motivated to finish what I started. Looking forward to stepping on stage for my first show. Big Thanks to 3j I could not have done it with out his guidance and we are not finished yet!!!!

    Okay guys weight is 191.. 12 days out I am very excited for what we have accomplished it's been hell but I can see the finish line. I've learned so much these past 16 weeks or so.

    It's amazing what test p tren a mast and IGF from MC can do ... I didn't have much this time so I'm only running 70 mcg a day usually run 100 but I think 70 is doing great and I not getting the muscle cramps I get from 100.... I will take IGF over HGH any day hands down

    You know I always wanted to try masteron with propionate, tren ace, winstrol and igf-1 lr3, everyone says it is amazing with that combo, which by the way is my all time favorite combo, but yeah i would love to try masteron like that!

    Literally zero carbs for the next 10 days? can you share what your last 10 days diet looks like? if 3J doesnt have any propriety shit in his plan that is, like rubbing cat piss on your abs or somehting lmao
