Anyone got a good mass shake recipie that I can sip while at work? I have been buying normal mass shakes (animal mass, mutant mass etc) but have been told they are bad, so want to make my own.

Ideally, it needs to be something I don't need to fridge, because once I blend it in the morning, I travel to work (30 mins) then it will be 'outside'.

I buy semi-skimmed milk in a carton that doesn't require the fridge so I can add this. I use Dynamatize whey (2 scoop = 50g protein).
