◾️Hot peppers contain capsaicin which elevates metabolism by increasing brown fat induced metabolism. It's hard to consume a lot of red peppers, however sweeter red peppers contain capsidoids which also elevate metabolism the same way.

💥This study found that it took 1.5 mg to raise ones metabolism. A normal pepper contains 0.3 mg to 1 mg of capsaicin, thus in as little as 1.5 peppers you can raise metabolism. You can also consume a supplement containing capsaicin in a range of 1 mg to 10 mg.
