    Default Best MCT oil??

I'm trying something suggested to help heal my split abs and it involves eating caloric dense foods that take up less volume in my stomach, and macadamia nut oil came up but finding it is hard esp in grocery stores. Whats the next best mct oil? I'm thinking coconut oil....unless someone knows something better and cheaper??

Remember not MCT oils are created the same. The cheap ones contain C8/C10/C12. Shoot for a pure C8 MCT. You can find it on good amazon.

I think coconut oil if I remember is like 60-80% mct............so if you are looking for cheap I would go the coconut oil route.

C8 is more important if you are using the mct for a fuel when in a ketosis. I use it before I work out when doing Keto otherwise my workouts are awful.

There is an idea of who I am: some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel my flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

If you're going with the coconut route you'll want the unrefined. Refined tastes horrible. If you like the taste of coconut go with unrefined.
