I am wondering what causes a 'pregnant' looking stomach?

The only supplement I take is 1 scoop of whey in the morning with eggs. My stomach remains flat after this.

During the day, I am drinking at least 3 litres water, and eating clean.

When I go to sleep it is rounded. If I breathe in and tense, I can see abs, so I don't think its a tonne of fat. In the morning, when I wake, its completely gone, and flat again.

I'm wondering if there is something I can do to not make it so 'extreme' rounded. I know some roundness will be there when you eat but its more than ever before.

I have no medical issues otherwise.
 
You can eat clean and still have issues. What are you actually eating? and how much?

The bloat went away when I was having beef protein and not using whey at all. I mean it did get a bit rounded after dinner but not as much as now.

Carbs: Oats, Brown Pasta, Lentils
Protein: Eggs, Whey, Dairy (e.g semi skimmed milk only, cheese)
Fat: Egg Yolk, Avocado, Ground Almonds (low fat cheese also)

I thought I was intolerant to something, did the test, seems nothing I have I'm intolerant to.

I swapped back to whey as it seems my liver was overworking (despite taking liver support) when I was on beef protein, but fine otherwise.

My blood pressure is still really up. The gear has suppressed my cortisol level, but my face seems more rounder and there is fat just under the chin. Body wise, I look leaner though.
