Clenbuterol--can I slim down?

I'm looking to start taking Clenbuterol for fat burning. I need a little help with dosage instructions. Also, I'm still open for any other recommendations for a good fat burner. I'm not worried about bouncing off the walls or that nervous feeling some others worry about. I'm willing to do what I gotta do. I've tried nearly every over the counter product (hydroxycut, ephedrine, etc.) and nothing seems to work. I'm in the gym 5 days a week, but just can't drop the weight I want.  I have no problems building up without AAS, but need to get the body fat % down to really see my results.

The basic way to figure out what dosage to take is a little screwy but start with one or two tabs a day, increase by one tab per day until you are close to being a shaking, nervous lunatic.  That is your max dosage.  Also, I believe that the 2 weeks on, two weeks off method works best, some say 2 days on, 2 days off, etc. and I have also read that clen doesn't lose effectiveness if taken for many weeks consecutively BUT I still recommend 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, using ECA on the off weeks.
 
rickster gave you the right way to take it... that is for pills that are dosed 20mcg's.... ..
you can take ketatifen with it.. so you do not have to take the week off... either.. ..
i will pull up the facts for you on that ...
also have you considered taking t3  or tricana...
tricana is a milder version of the t3 thyroid med.. which means you can take it longer... less chance of any damage or risks.... it is good for beginners too...

Welcome to MC Lil...I am glad to see that you made it over here.  :)

Rickster and Sasha have given you some good answers already so I wont add too much to it....except to repeat that you may want to think about T3....I have used it and loved it I had great results.  I am giving clen a try right now..so for it has been ok..I haven't weighed myself yet though so I'm not sure about the scale ..but my shorts are lose .  :biggrin:

If you want to try T3 let us know and we can help you out with the dose..because you do want to be careful with it.

Thanks so much for all yall's help.  Okay I've got a few more questions regarding the off weeks that seem to be highly recommended.  T-3...take it on off weeks?  What exactly is it and what kind of dosage?  Ketatifen...I'm obviously new to all of this so I don't know about dosage, possible side effects, and what it is (can it be found on lists under some other name)?  Sorry I'm so ignorant to all of this.  I really appreciate the knowlege yall share.  I have found out what the ECA is, but how should it be taken during off weeks?  I've only recently started in the gym (3 months), so I'm still working out kinks in my rountine.  But my goal is to be extremely fit and trim, but not veiny.  But as I'm sure yall know it's very hard to stick with life changes if you don't see results.  The only results I do see is the number of plates on the bar.  I'm have alot of trouble working in Cardio because I work out with the hubby and like most men, he doesn't have to do cardio to reach his goals, so I have been trying to go biking.  It definitely gets my blood pumpin'.  I'm very open to hear any suggestion yall may have concerning diet, cardio, meds, and weight training.
