    Hi, how is everybody doing?  I have just started winny (paperbolics)  I started with 5mg a day for the first 7 days and have now increased to 10mg a day for three days now.  I take one xenadrine every morning on an empty stomach and then do 45min of cardio and roughly 20-30min of weighted ab work.  I take the winny 30min to an hour before my afternoon workout, which is a body part (back, chest, arms, shoulders, legs with one or two days off).  I am trying to work out my legs twice a week, they are really small and need to grow. I also do 100 pull-ups three times a week because my lats are also too small.  I take protein shakes and monitor my diet so that I am taking in 1.75g of protein per lb. (115lbs) and am consuming a total of 2300-2600 calories a day.  My question is how can I improve or change my diet/routine so that I can weigh 125-130lbs and decrease my bodyfat from 14% to <10%?  I have bought Clen and am not sure if I should cycle it with my winny or how to cycle it at all.  I also don't know how to cycle clen.  How does clen work with xenadrine?  Should I use a different eca (people don't talk about xenadrine very much on this board)?  I am really having trouble changing my physic.  When should I start seeing results from the winny?  So far, the only thing that has happened is that my skin has cleared up.  PLEASE HELP! I need all the advice I can get.

    if you are taking clen you really shouldn't take an eca.. you can but watch your pressure..
    xenadrine is a good product, but it tends to run higher in price than other porducts out on the market....
    also how come you only take one xenadrine in the morning??
    winny cleared your skin?????? really... i think i need to try whatever your taking because it killed my skin.. you should start to see some results by 3 weeks.. but you may want to up your protien a little...if you want muscle to grow you need to give them something to build with.. how much in cards are taking in..
    how long do you plan on taking the winny for.. and how much clen are you getting... need to know to answer your questions...

    as for your back.. you need to switch your work out periodically.. try close grip pulldowns.., bent over dumbell rows, .they work great..

    Hello ladies, i just wanted to add one thing, if you can do 100 chins, the start doing weighted chins, strap on a 20lb weight to a belt and see if that helps. Oh and sasha, I have the page for the paper, remember??????

    I only take one xenadrine because my body tends to cut away at my muscle when I raise my metabolism too much.  I'm not sure why this happens.  I am naturally an ectomorph so gaining weight is incredibly hard for me.  I am fairly "ripped" in my shoulders, arms and calfs, but am still lacking that same ripped look in my back and midriff.  So I take xenadrine in hopes of finding the right medium at which I can lose some bodyfat without losing muscle.  Its like I said I am taking in about 200g protein, 350g carbs, and 25g fat (mostly omegas and unsaturated.  I am nervous about eating more than 200g of protein because too much protein is dangerous to the liver and I am already taking winny which is also hard on the liver.  I think winny cleared up my skin because my breakouts occur most often before my menstrul cycle which means that they are caused by high estrogen levels.  I imagine somewhere further along my use, the opposite will occur.  I plan on taking winny for six weeks and then following with clen, if you don't recommend cycling winny with clen ( I have one hundred tabs). I will then take six to ten weeks off, using only over the counter eca stacks when needed.  Hope this information helps.  Your advice is greatly appreciated.  I look foward to hearing from you again!  Thanks

    PS.  The pull-ups are in addition to a well-rounded back workout day (once a week).  The pull-ups are done two other days a week as well as on back day.

    I wouldn't worry about your liver. Too much protein is the last thing that is going to hurt you. Men take d-bol,anadrol, etc etc and the last time I checked...a human liver is a human liver. i guess what I'm trying to say is that winny is a 17aa AS but the chances of you having problems with your liver at the doseages you take are slim and none. If you are concerned still I would take a supplement such as Liverite or Liv-52 to help your liver out. Like Sasha said you need to be getting that protein in your body....if you want to be muscle.. you have to eat muscle. Good luck..

    Just to clear one thing up here. To much protien is not hard on your liver. It puts a more stress on you kidneys and digestive tract. Later

    Very true, thats why along with protien increase on must increase water intake

    The clen will  jack your metabolism.....

    You can take the clen with your winny. Start out slow with the clen, taking maybe two tablets in the morning, and two more in the afternoon. ( they will keep you up if taken to late in the afternoon)

    You are suppose to take as many as you can tolerate.....to up your metabolism. I hope it is what you want.....  Good Luck.....and the winny and protein will help you put on some good mass :)
