need advise

hi everyone. I would like to know if anyone has tried creatine and glutamine. I never tried these before. I am 5'2 tall and 1071b. I've been weight training for one year straight consistently.I've been trying to go up on my weight training max, but it seems like i'm just stuck with the same weight. I go heavy on each set for example: on bench i start with 10's on each and then 15 until my last set of 2 rep  i can only lift 30 barely on each side.That's it im stuck there! I get so frustrated. I need help on how to get stronger. My short goal right now is to bench those 35's each side with 2 reps no spotter. That would make my day!  Thanks for your time guys. Any advise would be very appreciated.
