Need some help from the ladies
I'd like to know exact dosages and how to cycle the winny(oral) w/clen
Milkthistle & cranberry extract needed? What & how much?
I'd like to know the results from experience users as well and a cycle/work out plan..........How much muscle weight to expect to gain when training hard. Sleep.....side affects (besides acne) Should I hold out and get t3.....I'd like to get the best results.  I've researched a couple different cycles  about primo/t3 w/clen and another w/winstrol.....This will be my first time experience w/ AS.  I've used the clen w/ ECA for
I would really like some advice for a first time user.
Please help!

I'd really like some input w/ this winny cycle & the best way to cycle it.  
Ohhhh.....one more thing I'm having problemos looking up  real stuff vs counterfeits.....my hubby  is away for the weekend and I don't know his login codes to his web-sites ? can you help?
 
Women I know have used Winny at 10- 16mg a day.

Clen at 80 - 100 mcg.

Hello....sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this......I had a busy weekend.  I am using this cycle right now.  I am only 3 weeks in on the winny and one week in on the clen...But I will tell you what I am doing.   The Winny tabs I have are 50mg so I am taking half a pill every other day....the first two weeks I took half a pill every 3 days...I am taking 4 clen a day...but what you want to do with the clen is start with one or two and up the dose by a pill every day till it gives you the shakes and then you know you have reached your tolerance level.  I would suggest using the clen for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off......during the off weeks use an ECA stack.  I don't really have to much to report yet on my "gains" or on any sides (hopefully I wont either)but as soon as I do I will try to remember to let you know.

  Keep me posted on your progress......are you taking milkthistle...if so how many milligrams?  I've read so far something like 175 mg 3x daily.
Should I take a cranberry extract as well?
What is your cycle plan? You say you started off taking winny 1/2 50mg tablets q 3days for the 1st 2wks and then up to  1/2 tab q 2days....correct Now Did you start the clen on the 2nd wk into the winny? When did you add.......
(I have not yet started my cycle yet waiting for the rest of my goodies to come in :biggrin: )  Just let me know what your cycle plan is!   Thanks!

(ps this really depends on what dose the winny are )
winny(oral), t-3, & clen
wk 1  win 10ed, clen (your tole.)
wk 2  win 12ed, clen
wk 3  win 14ed, eca, t3
wk 4  win 16ed, clen, t3
wk 5  win 16ed, clen, t3
wk 6  win 16ed, eca, t3
wk 7 clen , t3
wk 8 clen, t3

use the milk thistle as earlier said 175-200 3x ed ...
cranberry not sure.. never took was fine with just the milk thistle... but that was me..


with the clen.. take ketotifen.. this way you do not have to take a 1 or 2 week off during its use..  
"one more wrinkle to add is ketotifen which upregulates the beta 2 receptors that clen binds to. ketotifen makes these receptors so sensitive that they will NEVER downregulate while on a clen cycle as long as you are taking ketotifen. this allows for continuous doses of clen without having to cycle off to regenerate the receptors. also, ketotifen additions allows you to use less clen to get the same fat loss benefits. less clen = less side effects and also less calcium channel leakage. "

i have tried it once for a short time.. and yes it does work.. i got ripped mad.. so i am giving it a thumbs up...

as for sides.. irratability.. really really cranky.. snapping on people for stupid things...and find myself getting overly  aggravated at the stupidest things..
i know you know about the break outs.. but they are the worst part...i can deal with everything else.. the moods.. fine.. missed periods,,hey no problem.. but the skin... EEERRRRRRr....

Hi this is my first post here. I was referred by someone on another board. So far from what I read this is a great place.
I am currently on day 5 of my first ever cycle. I am doing wontrol ttokkyo 10 mg tabs. To start i divided them in 4, and have been taking 2.5 mg per day. I want to be cautious and watch for sides.
I welcome any imput on that. And I have T3 in my hands and don't know when I should add it to my cycle, if at all. I want to build muscle and get great gains, but I also want to shed bf. I am doing cardio in the morning for 60 min on an empty stomach with some eca usually.
I know you have to taper your dosage of t3 and come off it slowly.
I also eat very clean, as food is the biggest AS.
Any thoughts?  and I will post results.
