IGF for women

was wondering if anyone had any advice for usage on women pertaining to IGF? my girl is thinking of trying it after I told her about the healing properties that it provides (she has a very bad knee that has been operated on 2x)
thanks

my gf doesn't mind putting on more muscle but her main thing is to try to help the bad knee problem that she has been fighting for several years now I remember that a lot of people talk about the healing effects that peptides have. She doesn't want any irreversable side effects (male characteristics) that steriods are know for causing in some women.

Bottom line help the knee and lean out a little.

I hate to chime in the womens forum, but my gf tried igf, and it actually made her lean out, but she gained muscle, which wasn't what we wanted to do...we tried 20mcgs 1x per day, and her appetite went through the roof...

So it depends what her goals are for..we will likely use t3 or clen only because she wants to lose fat, muscle, anything, just lean down without gaining muscle.

Really? Why doesn't she want to gain muscle? Just curious... My goal is to lose more bodyfat and gain lean muscle. I don't want to be bulky-looking, but I love the lean, muscular look on women!

well i can say with 110% certainty that she will reap the healing benefits just as a man would from using igf, and if she puts a little muscle on in the meantime then what the hell, lol

well that's good news for my girl, that's her main goal

From what I have heard IGF is great for women....for loosing fat and for its aide in healing. I have not personally tried it but I'm curious to. Make sure you keep us updated on her experience with it.

Steph,

She's already got good muscle for her height, when lean she looks like a fitness competitor, so she's trying to keep that look...

IGF is so powerful that she started noticing muscle gain, which is great for someone who has none or want more...for her goals a thermo is more appropriate...

For healing, I swear by IGF, there's nothing that I have used that heals like it.

Niiiice. I'm definitely interesting in learning more about this now... Good to know!

ok here is the protocal for my gf,

20mcg/day post workout for IGF
10mg/day DHEA
75mg ephedrine (ECA stack) on cardio days
she'll be running 4 weeks on 4 weeks off

she'll be lifting 3x a week
4x a week cardio

I'll post her stats in the next few days when we go to the gym, to get exact weight and bf composition

ok here are the results...as always things didn't go to plan they never do:cry:

my girl never did get her bf comp taken why? I don't know, I leave town for work and it never gets done...
anyway some other things are, that she didn't do cardio as much as she would have liked to or taken the ECA stack the way planned because she is still fighting the whole vertigo thing and the doctors have no idea why.

she did remain consistant with the IGF and the DHEA stack though

the overall result was increased endurance, appetite, strength
and she is noticably more lean now...
also, looks like she has put more size on her legs (which have been a lot bigger when she was younger in her competition days)

she will take off 4 weeks and resume again HOWEVER, this time around she will be taking 30mcg of IGF instead of 20mcg

and HOPEFULLY she will get her bf comp taken before and after

not bad results brutha! let us know the bf% after she ramps up to 30mcgs this time

yeah she's a personal training so i told her she needs to be more scientific about it, preaching to the choir though she already knows all this

ok my girl friend just finished her latest experiment with the IGF. All stayed the same as far as her regimen is concerned that I posted above-HOWEVER, she did up the IGF to 30mcg this time.
The final results are as follows...

loss of bodyfat-5lbs with moderate cardio

strength went up in all lifts-especially legs where she sustained severe injury several years ago

endurance went through the roof

NO SIDE EFFECTS

well take it for what you think it's worth but judging by your pics you are the inspiration:pleased:

all the pics you have posted here are awesome!
