IGF For Females
I'm starting my MC IGF tmr. Day off from gym today. I have been using another brand for the past year and am so excited to try MCs. Thought I would post it here in case any ladies want to chime in or any ladies were interested in giving it a try. I will tell you that my biggest lagging bodypart when I started using it was my calves. They are no longer lagging and I know the IGF made a differece because I always trained the crap out of them with minimal and slow results. I use 20mcgs total, 10mcgs per body part trained. I use it after I train. Here is an example of how I do it.
Leg Day, 10mcgs each calf
Back, 10mcgs each bicep
Shoulders 10mcgs each shoulder
Chest, 10mcgs each tricep
Arms, 10mcgs each bicep
I don't usually hit my quads, but I hit my bis twice a week I think I need a tad more size there. I will say though hitting the biceps are my absolute LEAST favorite. I know that I heal a lot quicker using IGF, even with rigorous training, especially precontest.

Shoulders were my lagging bodypart, in fact I couldn't press a 5lb dumbell overhead without pain. The Dude started applying the IGF there and not only did the pain subside rather quickly, but I was up to pressing 30lb dumbells without problems in a year. Now I can do 120lbs on wide upright rows for 14 reps. That stuff is amazing!

Thanks for the response silk. Started my MC IGF today, went a little off of my schedule was supposed to apply to tris but instead did shoulders. Same dosage. I had shoulder surgery about a year and a half ago and I am having some familiar pain in the same area, I'm hoping by applying there a little more than normal it will help to heal it, will keep you posted.

Hey ladies, I've got a question for ya. I used MC's IFG and it was awesome and I plan on using it again, but my question is: do ya think if my girlfriend's goals are to tone up even more and get super lean, would this be good for her? She's a health nut kind of like me and has a solid diet and workout regime, she's not trying to be much more muscular, just more defined. I know for me I kept my bodyweight, lost like all my fat and gained a bit of muscle. Anyway, I'm going to try to get her to join the forum so she can ask this stuff herself, lol. If not IFG, what would be a good cycle or even simply a supp to help achieve those goals? (avoiding T3 etc).

I think the IGF would be a good place to start. There are some milder cycles she could run but there is always a risk for sides for females I don't care how low a dose, this is what I have seen firsthand. Clen always helps me with bodyfat reduction, that and a ton of other shit she would not want to take given her goals. Plus tons of cardio as you know I am sure. 20mcgs after training is what I do, no sides whatsoever, and Clen is great not for energy but for fat burning and muscle sparing.

MC's IGF would definately be my first choice. A lot of girls do the "I just want to be more defined, not more muscular". It's the same thing. Assure her she won't be curling the 60's anytime soon regardless of what she takes (I wish it was that easy). It's extremely hard for females to put on noticable muscular size period. I love MC's IGF because it doesn't excel at anything, but is good at everything. By that I mean it isn't the best for building muscle, burning fat, or increasing your recovery ability, although in my experience it is the best at injury recovery (I had an old shoulder injury, but it's good as new now). It does all of this w/o the jitters of stimulants (and moodiness), or the possible virilization (my hubby's word) associated with AAS. IGF would be #1 for her in my book and a gentle push forward for her. There are no drawbacks. Its how my hubby got me into the game Oh and for anyone reading this, when are we going to get a girl smiley face lifting weights???

She's a go! Haha. She's nervous about getting slin pins, so I told her I'd get some for her. Of all things to be scared of, that's it? Lol. For the ladies though, does IGF mess with your sex drive in any manner? It didn't change anything for me but I don't count :-P I'm gonna get her on the board somehow, maybe she can be Lizardqueen or something. :-P

It didn't mess with my sex drive at all. I'm sure you've already told her the slin pins aren't that bad, but for me I notice it doesn't hurt as bad if my muscles are totally relaxed. The only reason I say that is I was a rookie when i started IGF and like your wife didn't know what to expect so I'd tense up without realizing it. So relax and breathe Not sure if it really helps or if it's all in my head, but figured I'd pass it on.

Well I must say Silk's sex drive is legendary , I am just a cranky old bodybuilder, in a few weeks dust will start to settle down below on my hubby till the show is over LOL. Good luck to her, I love MC IGF! Ask her to hop on here sometimes, would be great to have more females, and I agree we need a female smiley face.

I've been using MC's IGF for a long time now and have seen great results. I have a good amount of muscle on me, but muscle burns fat...boobs are fat so my cute perky A cups became not so perky. If she's JUST using IGF she probably won't notice a change. What are her goals with the IGF? No matter what she does, muscle burns fat so if her goal is to gain some muscle then she's gotta take the good with the bad. For me it was worth it 100% that's how much I love IGF.....Oh and my once perky A cups are now perky D cups. That's how I fixed that problem

I say go for it! Let us know how she progresses...or better yet have her join us on the female forum. We'd love to have a new point of view over here. There is something to be learned from everyone. So tell her Silk says hi and to start picking out a cool name. Talk to you soon Miss Neonlizard (that's what I'm calling her till she signs up, Lol)

No problem good luck. Have a question on the tan stuff. I know Silk and Dude use it but I never have. It can increase your freckles from what I have heard and they won't go away. I have very nice skin and don't want a bunch of spots, have any of you who have used it noticed this happening while taking it?

I thought she would. Melanotan does seem to intensify your bodies normal tanning patterns. My face turned black, but my legs were much lighter. I almost got a free college education and employment preference, but my hair was too straight and for some reason I can't help but use proper English. On that note, what does it mean to go to da stow?? What are chirren?? Is it good to have 8?? These are the things I need to know!!

I love this stuff! And the pumps are crazy!! For any ladies wondering I've been doing about 50 to 60 mcg's of MC's IGF and I'm getting stronger and leaner. It's done wonders for my shoulders which WERE my lagging body part. I've been trying to talk a friend into trying it...she finally did on leg day. She was quite surprised by the pump she got. I think she'll be back for more, lol

started 30mcg of IGF R3 last week... hoping to cure a bum achilles so I can run again. Also, am bumping up the protein significantly, looking forward to putting on some muscle which seems to be harder and harder to keep on as I get older. I'll post results in a few weeks.

My doctor just started me on Anavar, IGF-1 L3, MGF, THYMOSIN BETA 4, CJC1295 AND IPAMORELIN. They way he's told me to dose is
Anavar 20mg first thing in the morning when i wake up (was told to do 10mg morning and then 10mg in the evening but it gave me real bad insomnia)
THYMOSIN BETA 4 0.01ML in the morning
MGF 0.2ML after training at noon
IGF-1 L3 0.1ML 6 hours after MGF
CJC AND IPAM 0.1ML at night before bed.
I've taken the CJC and IPAM together before and they both come in one vial. When I used to take just those 2 on their own my recovery time was much faster and I felt my endurance was definitely higher. Only bad side effect I had was really bad itching and a big red mark where I injected in my stomach, so I moved on to doing it in the butt instead so its less visable. But this time i took the vial back to the pharmacy as I couldnt deal with the itching again.
When I pick my IGF-1 up from the pharmacy its already a pre mixed liquid and stings like hell to jab. i start blowing on my stomach frantically every time i do it to cool it down lol - I think i must be sensitive though. My doctors told me to do it in my stomach but i've read posts saying to do it intermuscular so it gets a little confusing. i haven't noticed any bad side effects off anything ive taken apart from the insomnia from anavar and the the jabbing part on the IGF-1 sting and the itching from CJC AND IPAM.

I think IGF should form a foundation for women. No negative sides and tremendous effects on muscle, bodyfat reduction, and joint integrity. A little Var or even LGD I'm seeing and some IGF and you've got a hell of a stack.
