Anal cleaning that is , trying to get people over here figured the dirty route may be the way to go. Too funny a second ago I posted this but my hubby was logged in, so it was I Love Anal by Oldschool, he freaked, hence the deleted thread . Anyways I'm talking about anal about staying healthy yearround but especially during contest prep. I have hand sanitizer in every room of my house, as well as purse, car, gym bag. Also lysol every lightswitch and doorknob daily as well as lysol wipe everything that could possibly be touched in my house daily. Now I may sound a bit ocd, and I may be that but my immune system sucks and it's gonna get worse. Any of you as anal as me?

Lol I'm disappointed now that I see the actual thread content lol I thought we were going to get grimy here lol All kidding aside though my wife is like this for sure to the point where she sounds like my mother always making sure I wash my hands or yells at me in the gym every time she sees me touch my face as she gets skeeved out over gym germs lol

Silk does the same thing to me!!! She'll make me go back into the kitchen or bathroom and wash my hands or go back if I leave a fork or paper towel out. Now I just do it. I know it's a battle I'll always lose.

Funny thing about the entire thing is that the germs between you and your partner are really nothing bc once you start kissing and licking each others asses and such, you pass germs and develope antibodies. Basically, you become almost immune to each others natural germs. Now the germs you bring home from work or what is a different story.

just make sure that all the soap and hand sanitizer is antibacterial...this will kill off staph and mrsa...alcohol will not

allow, it at least 20-30 seconds to set in or it won't have enough time

I was kinda ocd too about germs before my last show and didnt get sick.A week or so later after the show is when i got sick what gives?

killing off every germ could also work against you. we need the germs to keep our immune system working... same as a muscle you need to use it or you lose it. .

best thing to not get sick is make sure you get your vitamins eccinasia and so forth, Garlic is great too and make sure you getting enough sleep.
