Urgent help needed!!

First of all, i would like to introduce myself. I am an 18 year old girl. I weigh 180 pounds and i am 5ft 11. this is very bad because some of the weight have to do with the fat in my body. I don't have good information on my body fat percentage but i do know it's not good. I want to be really lean and have muscles. In the past, i have had terrible eating habits but i now eat clean. My diet mostly consists of pita with grilled chicken, oat meal, lots of fruits and water. I do take whey protein also. I have stopped eating chocolates candies, ice creams, cakes, chips and other junk foods. I got clenbuterol and anavar from a trusted friend and i have started taking the clenbuterol and training for 3-4 times a week. I will later start to take the clenbuterol and anavar together after i am done with school exams. I just need advice on what i should do, eat, have e.t.c to reduce my body fat and look like the person in the picture i posted in this message. i also want to ask if my first cycle of anavar would make me look like the woman in the picture if i train well? (if so, what exactly should i do?) or how many eight week cycle is necessary plus the right amount of dosage i need. plus i want to add that i am in a three week cycle of clem right now. i started with 40 mcg and i will work my way up to 80 mcg then taper down. Is this advisable or should i just stay in a two week range with the highest dosage being 60 mcg? Thanks

First off welcome to the forum. At your age I would recommend against clen and anavar.
the best thing you can do is get your diet in check. To loose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit. you'll need to keep
track of you calories and exercise at least 3-4 times a week. For your height/weight and age, your maintenance calories would be 2400 calories. To lose 2lbs/wk you would have to drop to 1900 calories a day. Hope this helps some.
 
Thank you very much . I had thought that I needed a calorie deficit of 1300 a week to lose weight. One thing I should say is that I do track and field and this is the reason why I need help.
 
post a photo so we can see your body composition, as I have a feeling your tighter and more muscular then it sounds on paper considering you run track and field, and your taller, so i would like to see what you look like before offering any suggestions!

I will say this though, at 18 years old, male or female should not use any steroids of any type at all!
 
Thanks for the quick reply. It is true that I do have some muscles. I lift weights at the gym. For instance I do 5 sets of 135 pounds squat. 10 reps each time. My main problem is that I have gained much fat in my body due to a shifty Diet even though I lift weight at the gym. I just recently cleaned up my act and I want to be lean again. I am on clen right now but I will stop using it after I taper down.

welcome to MC and yes a pic would be helpful i agree with presser you might be looking better than you think. weight is a number unless you are training for a sport that requires weigh in always go with the mirror
 
I also wonder why I can't be taking steroids right now. Is it that my body is too young to handle it? I will also post a photo of me now

The main objective of steroids is protein synthesis, which builds muscle mass. Your however trying to lose weight, so their is absolutely no reason you would need to use any steroid at all. You are way too young, and again steroids are not for cutting up or dieting down, thats just a lot of misinformation.

thanks Presser. I realize that taking steroids for weight loss is not the way to go. I do want to acquire some lean muscle mass and the same time look lean and well defined. This is the reason that i have decided to take steroids. I have tried to upload my photo here but i have been receiving error messages :/

yeah you look fine! I can't in good conscious continue to reply to this post if ur going ahead with using steroids, sorry, i just don't want any part in that!
 
Ok this is my last post lol, not the one above, lol, Your body is great! At your age, just hit the weight room, you DONT NEED STEROIDS! Get into the weight room with the guys! hit the free weights! you will harden up fast as fuck at your age! you don't need anything at all!! your body is really good with a fantastic base to build upon!

What would your parents say if they knew you used steroids? hmmm ?? They'd kick ur little ass, that what they'd do! lol, Which is exactly what i would do to my Daughter who will be 18 years old in a few months!
 
Thanks presser! It seems that taking steroids at my age is bad so I will stop immediately. I will also follow your advice and hit the weight room. I am going to post comments on whether I'm improving too. Thanks
 
Diet, train, diet, the secret: diet... You'r not very faty, few mounts training and good strict diet will do it.
 
Eat as clean as possible, no fast food, processed foods,soda or junk! Give yourself a cheat meat to eat what you crave once a week,but stay in your calorie range. It will take a little while but you will get there and feel better about yourself for accomplishing it naturally! My wife followed these same steps and lost 30 pnds on 5 months she went from 5'3" 150 to
120 lean and muscular.. The transformation is absolutely amazing!!!

Thanks! I have already started eating clean. I cut out any kind of junk food and my diet mostly consists of baked beans,peanut butter, turkey breast, fruits and vegetables. I also train hard at the gym. I absolutely love to lift weights but i hate the thread mill or stationary bicycle. I wonder if i can lift weights to cut out fat in my body too. Plus for me to lose the fat, I have to consume no more than 1900 calories a day? Thanks
 
Yep just hit the weights hard do some cardio and eat clean your body will very nice. You already have an ass that will be nicely plump with heavy squats.

Thanks! that's what my boyfriend tells me too!. I will keep training hard, eating clean and updating everyone on my progress.
 
I am presently taking Aminocore produced by allmax nutrition for my preworkout and kaizen whey protein. Plus i already started my first cycle of Clen before i started this thread. So i can not just stop taking it now. I have to taper down now. Are there really metabolism boosters out there?! I didn't know lol. I just finished working out between and it was glorious!
