first comp

my wife went in for her first comp on sat a in house throw down..
she was competing as an elite.
she came last and did not finnish the main WOD as there was a 20mins time limit but im proud of her and ive posted some pics..

no not realy my thing but me and the boy did there open gym was a bit of fun it was as many sets of pull up (chest to bar) push ups and squats in 6 mins..
was funny see him cheating i was shouting him saying so..lol...he is supper sore to day he said his biceps legs chest back is killing him...lol...
good times as he dont normaly want to come any where with us..
