just a few little things I try to do personally around the holidays to keep me feeling light and healthy.
1. Increase Potassium- we are all going to be I getting larger amounts of sodium during the holidays more likely than not. Potassium will prevent too much water retention and help to not feel so bloated.
2. Magnesium citrate or milk of magnesia- most of us over eat let’s face it. Let’s not hold onto that food longer than we have to, right?
3. The less alcohol we drink the better- aside from the many other reasons alcohol is bad for us, it increases cortisol and estrogen conversion making us prime for fat storage and gut bloat. Enjoy some beer or whiskey but remember it has its consequences [emoji22]
That’s all I got. Happy Turkey day
