That is what I do as well. No real resolutions other than getting in the gym more and working harder.
 
I have started a new program and working on dropping bodyfat. So fat down 15 pounds and muscle are still full.
 
Going to start a two on one off routine. Stick to a rigid diet. And taking a break for a week after two months of balls to the wall. I tried this a few year back and had great success. Feel that as we age a two on one off works best for most or me. That week's rest at the end of two months allows my body to repose and feel that need to return with that muscle pumps and aches you get when you have taken time off.
 
Its a modified Keto that my wife has been doing. We get 5 fueling daily and eat one meal a day of regular food. She has dropped almost 60 pounds. I have a thread that I have been documenting my progress. Don't want to steal this thread.
 
Just looking forward to an year of intense workout and maximum results.
Otherwise, no bucket list of resolutions.
