Tore My Supersanitus

I tore my supersanitus in the right shoulder. Just that one bone I circled in the yellow. I am going to get it attached.

1) anyone has experience with this particular surgery?

I have had 17 other surgeries & tore my whole left shoulder but not just a piece.

2) the EKG went well but my heart rate or systolic was high so cardiologist wouldn’t agree to clear me & now I have to do heart ultrasound tomorrow. So now I am extra stressed.

Should I take a Xanax or what can I do to calm me down. The day they did ekg I didn’t sleep & had coffee which now I regret.

Any advice [emoji3526]? In good health now & blood work & Ekg passed a month ago!

Do you usually take alprazolam? if so yeah take it.

You're probably going to need sx if it's bad man, don't play with stuff like that, take care of it. Try to realize that although it sucks, stressing about it will not change any of the factual aspects other than make them much worse for no reason. Trust me, I am bad w that and have to repeatedly tell myself in my head when I am stressing to stop.

Well I have had cancer so I think all the chemo. Nothing particular. I lift hard but not crazy. I have 1 MG alprazolam. I cut in half. I will take half. Thank you I agree with you. Will keep you updated. Thanks for the advice. I haven’t tried certain peptides because of cancer but did try certain. But broken is broken. So proper repair so I don’t over compensate & tear others.

sorry to hear that, yeah def take just the .5 then you can have it 2 days, but maybe call your PCP & (get your hall pass for what you already know works) have him write you a script for it. They usually treat alprazolam like it's some hardcore drug lol so they will most likely give you the extended release (that shit didn't work for me) but I am prescribed 3 .5's a day for like 10 years. I take it once a day, sometimes twice. After having my Mother be found deceased 28 minutes before I got to her house made me actually take the 3 a day for a while as prescribed.

Stay strong dude, I know personally how depressing it can be having an illness you can do nothing about and having 8 operations myself. It's a constant restart battle where you lose all your hard earned gains in no time and start from scratch like a baby trying to crawl. Keep your head up and I believe it was Joe Rogan who said if you're ever sad play some DMX bc you can't be sad listening to him vs "hey there delilah" I have applied that little gem of knowledge a few times.
