I am 64, 208, 5'10".
Been lifting for over 40 years. Just became a part of my life routine, I guess.
Kinda been my stress reliever. After reading several forums and posts on this site, I realized I needed to join.
Lots of good info, and maybe I can contribute some things I have learned over the years.
