With the Christmas Mayhem quick approaching I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for what to buy a guy who likes working out?

It doesnt really have to be fitness oriented or anything depends on your perspectives.

Yeah best bet is skip the exercise equip because thats what the gym is for but the belts and wraps and straps are good idea but best be is get him Gift Certficate to a sup shop or even an online shop! As far as GNC they can kiss my ass and please dont even drop them a dollar because that store isnt worth the piss it came from.... Lol no offense Zylo but your idea about the store credit is great.... Online Stores are better and prices are much cheaper!

an mp3 player is a great idea for a gift, cause when you are in the gym, you can just block out all distractions and lift. it's light and usually not too expensive. i got mine for around 100 bucks at radio shack.
