so as most of you know i have been back to training and already up 8-10# in 2 weeks, well i got sick as shit on friday and lost 4#..i have the feeling it was from one of the dirtbags at the gym, why is it people feel there to sick to go to work but its ok to fucking hack and cough all over shit that YOU know for a goddamn fact other people are going to be using...then afterwards you "may" pretend to wipe the shit down but in reality your just ghosting it to keep people like me from calling you an asshole in front of everyone...today i feel much better than i have but i think i may take today off too..tomorrow i should be eating and back 100% if not i plan on just going to the gym and looking for people with colds and beating the snot out of them, literally....
