Anyone else ever go through this shit. I cant sleep more then a couple to few hours a night. Yet I am tired all fucking day long! I sleep maybe 3-5 hours a night and its NEVER straight through sleep either. I wake up LITERALLY every 30-45 minutes for some fucking reason.

So all day long im so fucking tired, I have dark circles and bags under my eyes and feel like shit and tired all day!

My doctor prescribed me ambien, and that didnt work. Now he has me trying xanax, and that makes me fall right asleep after i take it, but im still getting up every 30-40 minutes and still only getting a few hours of sleep a night.

I am a walking , talking, typing, ZOMBIE, and I hate it!

Those are tell tale signs of sleep apnea. Get a sleep study done. They're a pain in the ass, but I've never met anyone that's regretted it. I go back on the 2nd to be fitted and monitored with the different masks. Honestly I can't fucking wait!

Listen to the Dude. Get a sleep study done. Sleep apnea can kill you.

Lots of bigger men die every year from it. It killed Reggie White.

thnx guys my wife wants me to get this done, I snore so bad i wake my self up and wake up with a sore throat from snoring. but im not sure its the snoring , i just cant sleep for more then 45 minutes at a time

I have this issue from time to time. I wake up 3-4 times per night and usually sleep 4-6 hours per night regardless of whether I'm still tired.

You may want to check out the cpap machine for the snoring/breathing issues. Lots of people say they feel much more rested in the morning and sleep better in general. Also try going to sleep earlier - at least you may get some extra sleep.

Ive been going through this for months... I hate it. trensomnia i guess...

trensomnia is awesome simply because you know it's working, it's probably not the case here though

this is true. Coupled with the sweats, agression, and mood swings... you def know you have legit product.

I had same thing. Did sleep test . Severe sleep apnea . Have your wife video you sleeping .. Cheaper than a sleep test . I'm now on a nasal cpap machine dreaming like I've never dreamed before.. Dude if you sleep on yor side or flip flop around they won't strap a mask on you . Just a nose pad device but you will learn to keep mouth closed cause you are forced too.. Took me 4 weeks to get used to it.. Now I can't sleep without it.. Weird!

The sweats are about the only side I get luckily, other than the fact that my hair falls out like crazy

The breathe wright strips along with 5mg of seriquil will work. ambien will have you up and driving around in a trance. xxanax has the problem of dependancy. seriquil will work, and the lower the doseage the more effective it is for some strange reason

i actualy tryed the breath strips, they do open u up pretty good especialy during allergy season

as for the ambien, it didnt work after a while, and the xanax makes me fall asleep but not stay asleep as im up every 3--45 minutes all night long.

I think maybe I need a roofie! lol

Slow down turbo.. If you got apnea and take a nod pill you may be horizontally sleeping forever if you get the drift..then what?? Dude runs this show? His words are too long ..

Good point, I'm pretty sure the combination of drugs (benzos/opiates) + severe sleep apnea contributed to the death of a board member here.

This is exactly what happened to me. Silk forced me to do it and now I can't wait for the machine to arrive!

whats the machine look like, im not familiar with any of the set up, i just heard its big obtrusive stuff, but im sure people exagerate as it cant be that bad if people are wearing it to bed i guess,

It's about the size of a small lunchbox and then I have a mask that covers my nose and mouth and an air tube going to the machine. Definately nothing big or obtrusive and it's quieter than our fan.

man if i could sleep through the night even a few staight hours it would be well worth it, how do you go about it? I mean what kind of doctor would i need to get the ball rolling

Presser I went to my regular dr who then refered me to a sleep clinic.. And all I know it took a month to get in to do the study around here .. Don't waste time and get off the front porch bro.. Google Phillips respironics cpap machine and view all the types of headgear on it too. Plus you can carry on to airplane as it's a medical device .. Like dude said super quiet and low maintainence. My model has humidifier so nose doesn't dry out..etc
