Does anyone know how to use, and how often to inject cardispen?

i don't think it's a legitimate medication from what I found. Cardispan injections are typically used by body builders, athletes and people who want to lose weight. Cardispan is a supplement made with L-carnitine and can either be made in a chewable form or injection. Injections are suggested by the manufacturer.

Used it and works great......spot reduced in love handles with sub q as well as IM.....also know some spa places that use it for weight loss.....really good product

how could anything injected I.M. spot reduce fat spots? I understand how that would be the case injecting Sub Q but not sure how that would work I.M.?

IM for over all weight loss or sub q in trouble areas or spot reduce.......got mine on eBay but very easy to get in Mexico and pretty cheap.
