Okay this is all very helpful and ive decided not to. At least not until i get quite a bit of weight training in. I know it may be a lot to ask but what should i do for my workouts? My goal is to be able to be able to jump well over what i need to dunk, so about 15 inches or so on my already 23' vertical. And also become a standout on the football field
