Your Favorite Pump Exercize?

What is your single most favorite exercise that gets your favorite muscle group blown up and veiny?!?!?

Why so?

Have your created any one set that gets you blown up after only a few sets?

Lets hear it!

Ok, guess I'll start..

Lateral Dumbbell raises is my favorite exercise, I believe mainly cause it involves less strain on my elbow(broke and had my radial head removed) but it gets my shoulders so round and blood flowing so hard through my arms, get all vascular in my shoulders, bi's and forearms after a set or two.

I thoroughly enjoy sitting on an incline bench with dumbbells and doing (w/both arms at the same time) incline curl into an overhead press... at the top of your over head press do a negative side lateral raise... at which point you stop at shoulder height (palms facing towards the ground) and bring the dumbbells straight out in front of your chest with arms extended and palms now pointed towards the sky... now do the rest of the negative back down to the starting incline curl position...


That set there is my FAVORITE!!! Try it in your routine.. it's awkward at first so don't do a lot of weight. It may feel easy in the beginning but the negatives on that exercise hit hard and quick! :bber:
 
Being on tren almost everything gets me pumped and veiny , even beating. Eggs lol
 
100 rep set on the leg press. Well at least it was before I managed to strain my neck doing it and didn't get to train for most of may
 
I saw Jason Huh doing partial Hammer curls on a cable machine mixed into his bicep routine. I absolutely love it. My brachioradialis has grown tremendously and my arms all the way from forearms to shoulders swell up. Each set is like 18-25 reps and man is it awesome. You start the arm in the 1/4 bent position and then just keep pumping in. I only work up to maybe 80lbs tops, but it's awesome
 
LMAO hey a "pump" exercise to me is humping a bia LMAO... Ok ok best exercise for a pump IMO... Triceps Bicep super sets! Spider curls w/ pulldowns & Skull crusher w/ Drag curls. Albeit chest pumps are my fav probably bc I want that Franco sized pec w/ a six pack n Traps it just looks epic.

Close grip bench probably gives me the best overall pump and look if i had to choose one exercise, the other one would be sex, but both movements are similar lol, so there ya have it
