Saturday, gym, pool, then dinner with friends in Orlando at a new steak house. Sunday, gym, then a pool party for a friends birthday. Monday gym then pool/beach.

well I hope everyone is having a fantastic holiday weekend! As for myself, I took the wife and twins(15 months boy & girl) to Story Book Land! Kids are just now walking and it was an absolute blast! We on nearly every ride they had and we ate and drank junk food and loved it! lol.
Only negative is it was the hottest and most humid day of the summer yesterday and we were all soaking wet and felt disgusting. I looked as if i had just jumped out of a pool with my cloths on, disgusting as fuck all! But the twins loved it so my wife and I loved it!!

So far, today, nothing but eating and relaxing. Think I'm going to leave the sun to somebody else today. This morning I had a black man ask me if I'm happy with the work that our brothers are doing in Ferguson. I don't think I need more sun today. Lol

Venice Muscle Beach contest, met Lee Labrada and had a great conversation with Rich Piana before pre judging....Rich is a great guy and always cool to chat with....he's coming out with a few of his own shows next years with contest prises other than plastic trophies, but cash prises, supplement contracts and supplements for top placings......really anti NPC which anyone who competes know how fucking expensive and stupid politics ......anyway great Labor Day in a Venice, had a blast meeting competitors from around the USA and other countries.....really good compition that showed up.....not happy with my placing but that's 100% my fault! halted assed my prep so you get out of it what you put into it. Lazy doesn't work.

Haha yea, last minute idea 6 week cram prep.......not the best idea but still placed, family had a good time like always at Venice beach since it's free to public and a ton of things to walk around and freaks /street performers to watch....top two guys were from Spain where they're pro but they don't acknowledge pro cards from certain countries, whatever still fun day.

Presser come do it......come on out buddy, would love to meet up with you.......they have three shows a year....always a great time......Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.....pick a date / show to compete and come on out to Sunny Cali and have some fun.....get a workout in at Gold's Venice, see Charles Glass do his thing, go eat at the firehouse.....for sure put that shit on your bucket list.......take the kids to Disneyland and Universal Studios...make it a family, Presser, bodybuilding comp summer vacation....one size fits all.......
